Even a 0 is to high!! No staff in office, no staff to answer phones, tax experts not completing work in a timely manner, rushing clients thru signing process and being shady in regards to fees!!!! My agent had my tax info 2 weeks prior to the filing deadline, yet I had to file for an extension and taxes weren't filed until 4/18! And 1 yr of 1099's with that extension cost me nearly $600 to file!!!! After all that she still screwed up my refund!!!!

The service was awful. When it was time for my appointment Maryellen stepped out for a break and saw me 25 mins later after the start time and Maryellen was so rude did not take my concerns into consideration and brushing me off . definitely will not return to this location.
