I came to this location last year to file my 2022 taxes everything went okay. However this year I was informed by the IRS my 2022 year was never filed. Imagine my confusion because I knew I filed I had the paperwork showing it was filled. I immediately contacted H&R Block and left a message for my tax analyst Kay Duddilla to see what happened initially, I thought I had did something wrong maybe I missed something but I could not recall being told to do anything additional after I received my filing paperwork. Kay Duddilla she never returned my phone call to address my concerns. So I followed up the next week to attempt to make contact I spoke with Mrs. Duddilla. She immediately accused me of not paying which was the reason she did not file my taxes. Apparently, after she received my message, she looked up my filing from last year seen that it was marked as “not paid”, and decided just not to follow back up with me. (As if she was in the right and I didn’t deserve a call back) She was very rude, raising her voice, over talking me as I tried to explain I did pay. she said no you didn’t you never came back to pay basically calling me a liar. You never came back and that’s why your taxes were not filed. I keep everything and I knew I came back directly to H& R block and paid the fee. I have prof on my statements the day I signed for electronic signature February 18 of 2023 was also the same day that my debit card was deducted for the fee for H&R Block preparing and “filing” my taxes. This has caused the major issues with the IRS and I would like to see how H&R Block plans on correcting this error That was not my fault, but caused by their tax analyst.

My spouse and I worked with Jaine (Jaishri) Rao the past two years and received exceptional service. While we were less than prepared, Jaine assisted in organizing our information and provided valuable tips to help us save money in 2024. Jaine's demeanor was kind, patient and professional. She went out of her way and in doing so made this an outstanding visit for my husband and me.

Jack completed my taxes. Everything appeared fine at first. Two weeks later, I received a much larger refund than what we were advised of. This is clearly not the correct refund and we'll be charged with an overpayment from the IRS. Corporate makes it nearly impossible to file a complaint and was on hold for approximately 42 minutes. I have been using H&R Block for years, but won't be returning as a customer.

1/5 for the branch. Rant ahead.. If you like feeling like you’re driving into a brick wall when you are simply trying to communicate with them about my surprise appointment that apparently is virtual. If they mentioned it I did not hear it, I have never done a virtual appointment and I’d like to come in if possible. But nobody to talk to about that so I will leave it here.Dawn is the best, I doubt you will see anyone else once you meet with her to do your taxes. I won’t let anyone else do my taxes, although she probably wishes I would !My returns are not always the most simple to file, but I know everything is being done properly , and I always have piece of mind. I’m glad to have Dawns help every year.

As a busy person, the online filing with H&R block was super convenient! I enjoyed working with my tax professional and getting my taxes filed was smooth. I got friendly service and felt able to communicate and ask questions.
