If I could leave 0 I would. The people lack customer service. Not a friendly office. Go somewhere else. Or check for yourself, just call and experience it yourself.

Have a good and my time with the service is great. But I sometimes feel embarrassed that I just can't remember some of the documents that I tried to provide what the agent or agents but they are very helpful.

Bibanna, is a superstar employee. She is patient, understanding and professional. She takes that time to carefully review all sections and if I have any question she kindly provides me with an answer. She makes me feel comfortable and confident while she fills out my tax forms. I will return to H&R Block with Bibanna for my tax preparation next year.
