One of the ladies at the front desk was rude when speaking to me while checking in to ask about rental assistance… I had been up there 3 times in one week each time having to leave to go to work after waiting up there for hours but this time she immediately tells me it’s too late for me to get assistance for august because it’s the 31st and they have a 15 day processing time ….and they didn’t tell me any of this my other visits they told me to get all these documents the first time I came a few days prior…. I live an hour away smh. I ask her well can I talk to someone about September assistance and she said no they’re out of funding for September… and she had an attitude for some odd reason. Not helpful at all sitting around a bunch of nasty people and dirty environment for hours for nothing

Very helpful to the homeless specially for wamen. Because I have friend there she didn't had no where to go and she didn't had anything now she got everything clothes shoes and bed and she found new friends there and also she is getting water food I mean there is nothing that she dont have and etc

Now, the services and resources this place provides are among the best in Phoenix. The problem is the encampments surrounding the entire block. Make sure you park a few blocks away, as there is no parking here. Also just know that you might get approached by someone wanting or selling drugs.

I was employed here for a day 1/2 then. Escorted off campus I asked why they said because I was doing drugs with a security guard I asked to see the camera in which I was denied that place is a joke I feel sorry for the homeless people that have to go there

They serve three hot meals a day that are pretty good but the shelter needs to be expanded and it's a little hard to get into...

This is a safe place to go and find all the services of 16 partner agencies together on one campus. Created for single adults affected with homelessness, they are the hubof the best efforts of Arizona Maricopa county and Phoenix to treat all people with dignity especially the most vulnerable.
