This place is about as efficient as a rusty 1 blade windmill. They are as slow as could be, and charge you a fee for everything. I just purchased an old golf cart for 25 dollars and I knew it didn't work, but the photos showed a battery charger and 4 extra tires. When I picked up the golf cart there was no charger and no tires. So after paying $150 for the golf cart which is a 600% increase after the fees, I got stiffed on what I was buying. To top that off it was a 3 hour process. I didn't want to go through another 3-hour process to try to find out where the charger was, so I called on the phone and of course they referred me to the yard manager who won't answer the phone. I talked to the operator and she said parts aren't guaranteed. I said I didn't need them guaranteed I just need them to be there!

The reviews don't lie. Progressive towed my totaled car here, though I called multiple times about coming to retrieve my belongings,
The car was picked through and belongings bagged up (for what reason?)
A pocket knife that said #1 dad, and an Obama phone that belonged to my child, both stolen. One in the console one in a pocket behind the seat.
I find this behavior insane. Police officers and fire fighters don't take souvenirs from victims belongings.
The fact there are 100 reviews like this tells me the entire building is crooks. From the managment down, or they would have stopped this behavior long ago.

Worst that visiting jail.
Take hours to check in for preview and employee they just don't care about you time.
-Get on line 1+ hours
-Go to metal detector to get in.
-Surrender Your Own vehicle keys !!! to the guard. (Not responsible if lost)
-Go to Metal detector to check out
-Empty you pockets in front of guard.
They treat the customer as if they were thieves.!!!

We called at 2:54pm Monday 12/16/24 to ask a simple question and we received a rude and nasty tone with the response. Very unprofessional, didn’t know it was hard to be nice and helpful even when you’re paid to do it.

One word in the consignment department “patience”. People need to have patience, our process was friendly , professional and very attentive with a smile at all times. ALONZO was awesome providing us the help with it being our first time here .Vests are required, bring exact change other than that wonderful experience!

If you can avoid this place an all cost please do. I didn’t have a choice unfortunately I was rear ended a month ago and through the insurance my car went to this awful place full of thieves with no shame or disregard that people work hard for their stuff. The insurance company sent my car here were it got totaled out the same day it was taken here and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything my boyfriend decided to call to see what the hell was going on with our car. After finding out that they totaled it and we bought it back they delivered it to my boyfriends work and the tow truck driver does not know what he is doing as far as loading and unloading a lowered car broke our front bumper and them tried to deny it side note my boyfriend and his coworker stood there and watched him do it plus there is a security camera that caught it all on camera. How is this place still in business? Going through all the reviews we are not the only ones that have had things stolen out of our vehicle. I will be seeing about filing a police report.

They have literary 1 person working to help customers. Feels like going to Wal-Mart, 10 lanes available but only one working.

We bought an RV through the auction and picked it up here. There is always a line and you have to plan for about an hour waiting time. No toilets here. They require a safety vest to go on the property even, if you are only in your own car to drop s.o. off. We had to go to Walmart to buy two vests. The RV was in a bad shape, hardly a run and drive. They did not tell the whole story about the truck. Not a very pleasant experience.

Managers take 0 accountability for their employees. Managers are a huge part of the problem covering up for & defending employees who steal. Not one person apologized for my personal belongings that I worked for being stolen or even believed me when I said things were taken. Alonso laughed after I called him out about lying to me saying TitleMax cleans the car not them then the manager said his notes contradict what I’m saying. I didn’t expect money back or for my items back I just wanted them to take responsibility & acknowledge that they are the problem & plan on fixing it moving forward so no one else’s things get stolen in the future but clearly that won’t ever happen.
