Our vehicle recently got towed and upon getting it back, things that held sentimental value to my fiancé and I were missing. Worse part is money was stolen from said vehicle. When questioned about it all that was said was “yeah, we’ve let go a lot of people because of that reason”. Nothing else has been done! Very horrific! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The reviews here are pretty spot on, the women that work here are literally insufferable (not all but most). They’re unnecessarily rude even if you’re kind to them. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from here. Seems like the yard staff doesn’t really care and are quite negligent as far as handling the cars. Also, on every car we’ve gotten, the battery has been dead from them leaving the car keys in the ignition not started but turned on the “on” position and/or leaving the car lights on. Luckily there’s been kind people to help us jump the vehicles each time. You can find some great deals here but I’d highly recommend walking the lot to see it in person before bidding. They also require you to have and wear a high visibly vest (they will not provide any for you) in order to pick up your vehicle or walk the lot on days prior to the auction so remember to bring that for yourself and anyone coming with you into the pickup lot.

This company picked up my totaled vehicle from the car repair shop a day earlier than they were supposed to, confirmed by my insurance company, which caused us to have to chase down where they took my vehicle to this location. We then had to sign a form to be able to get our belongings out of our car. It looked like they had bagged up most of our stuff but we double checked the vehicle to be sure and they totally left a bunch of stuff out and did not put it in the bags. I should have checked the bagged items too before we left because there were things missing that should have been in there. The people that work there are theives and stole a bunch of my stuff out of my vehicle because it wasn't in the car OR the bags. This wouldn't have happened if they picked it up the day they were supposed to and NOT a day earlier like they did. So unprofessional and disgusting.

Bought a vehicle that came with bumpers, grills and rear bumpers. When I received it at shop all the parts were missing. I tried getting a hold of management via phone calls and email but never got a respond back. Very unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would what's hilarious is while they had me waiting for an answer as to my stuff that was stolen! They left paperwork upfront where I can see perfectly all there cars are salvaged and are NOT IN GOOD CONDITIONS don't believe me? Just read the reviews the REAL REVIEWS I understand we put ourselves in situations where our vehicles will get reposed, but for the employees there to take personal belongings and let alone my babies carseats!!! 2 of them and carseats are not cheap! They have pictures where the carseats are proven to be there when my car was tooken here and they were missing! All the girl told me was go buy new ones and bring the receipt which is a lie! A week has gone by and they don't even answer now! So if your stuff is missing don't count on them returning anything the employees here obviously are thieves and don't care they're making me go through emotional distress my baby is also physically incapable of walking for long so she has therapy and I need my carseats to take her! Team 4 kids is where I take her google it if y'all don't believe me my story is real and unfair for the employees here to do this to people struggling!!!

This location here in Phoenix is a sneaky operating business. They lie about their cars. For example, they labeled a car as "run and drive" and primary damage as "other/unknown" . Well after paying for the vehicle in order for them to bring it out of their yard the car had a faulty transmission. So it did not "run and drive" as they claimed. The FTC needs to get involved and regulate these type of operations. Their making money off of unlawful, manipulated tactical lies . What a shame of operations.
