I Purchase a TAG Heuer Formula 1 watch, shipped to my home in WI. It was much better than described, and was shipped incredibly fast. I would not hesitate to purchase anything from them in the future. I used "make an offer" and suggested a reasonable number, I received an email the next day with the invoice. I paid and the watch was shipped to me within hours. Thanks you for the great service!

This was a truly wonderful experience. I just needed a watch battery, yet I got so much more. From the front desk, I was greeted by Christina, who was just a pleasure to have met.To the watch repair man, she called to the front, William. I was able to see just how much they do on watches and more... never thought replacing a battery would have been so much fun.I do look forward to seeing you for any future needs I have with watches or jewelry.Thank you all

If I could give it a zero star review I would. Avoid this dump at all costs. Filthy, Smokey ripped dirty carpet, run down inside. Literally been there twice and both times I went in the showroom was completely empty. Both times they said all their watches were on a truck going to some sort of show..first time they said it was in Vegas and this time Miami. So if you want to go look at filthy beat up glass cases and walk out empty handed smelling like cigarette smoke this is the perfect place for you. Have no idea how they stay in business.

Malcom and Penny are awesome! Inventory Adjustors has a wide variety of timepieces, both in design and in price. So they have something for everyone. I decided I really wanted a specific watch after I saw it but couldn't make it back in time before they closed. After I called, the owner personally waited for me and made sure the watch was sized and ready to go. They put customer service first and really make the whole watch buying process simple. Unlike the big box jewlery stores, there is no pressure at inventory adjustors. Feel free to stop by, ask questions and try on whatever!

We had 5 watches needed for either battery replacement or crystal replacement. They were all replaced in an hour. Amazing! Will definitely come here again. Thanks Guillermo for your quick service! $15 for battery replacement ~$25 for crystal replacement It took us a moment to find the correct location since Maps gave us a different place. We called and confirmed it's on 24th and Thomas, next to Mind 24-7. Apparently they moved locations but Maps hasn't been updated? Either way, still a great place for repairs!

I came to this establishment with my old lady and I just didn't really know if I had anything that was a value I figured I would get a little bit of information on what I had I didn't receive any real intelligence or information I was treated rudely I feel but at the end of the day business is business hey they got a lot of nice stuff here though.
