So I shattered my screen for the first time and needed it fixed. I called iPhone Screen Repair Plus and was able to get my phone fixed; within 30 minutes in the same day. The staff was courteous and professional. If you need your phone fixed, go here. ?

This is business is a joke, I just called to schedule an appointment. Guy acts like he doesn’t want to even take the call than says they no longer meet you to give service. Sounds like they may have been making good money but now it’s too much of a hassle to give the same quality all the time.

I made an appointment for 03/04/2018 @ 10:45am, received a confirmation email confirming my appointment. Needless to say, nobody ever showed up. Thanks for wasting my Sunday morning! If you're considering this company and reading this, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable company.

Not a good start... I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation email. They never showed up (it's now 1 hour past my appointment), never texted or called to let me know they would not be coming or be late. I called the main number 3 times in the past hour and each time nobody answered and the call was sent to a generic voicemail. I find it ironic that the confirmation email I got stated that they "take our calendar seriously." It doesn't seem like you do.

Had repair scheduled and nobody showed up. Emailed them and left a voice mail with still no response. I am taking my business elsewhere, but I am so frustrated because this was a wasted day. Phone repair that comes to you seemed too good to be true, and now I know that it was.

Made an appointment, got my confirmation. No call, no show and no one answers their phone number. Thanks for making me wait around half the day just to have my phone not fixed!!!! Terrible.

My husband made an appointment with them yesterday to fix my IPhone 5S. We got email confirmation for 10:45am today. It is now 1:00pm and I haven't received a text, phone call or any type of correspondence explaining why they didn't come. I tried calling their office several times throughout the morning as well as leaving two voicemails asking for an explanation and haven't received any response. This is completely unprofessional. Making the appointment was easy, but ultimately pointless since they clearly don't show up. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Isaiah was great to deal with, he did a great job on my two Iphones that I had him fix for me. Awesome customer service right to my office door. I recommend him.

Had Isaiah fix my screen today. Was amazed at how fast he does it. Like 10 minutes no joke. Super cool guy too. Wont get my phone fixed by anyone else now! P.s the mobile service is clutch.

If I could give it no stars I would. I may an appointment online for 9:30am and received a confirmation email to ensure that all was in order. They no showed with no with not call or text to let me know they are either running late or had to cancel. After trying to reach out to them I still got no response. Awful customer service, will be taking my business elsewhere

Super easy, fast, and convenient! Got on and got a same day appointment. Try came right to my office and it took all of 20 minutes to get my screen all fixed up. The guy was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
