  So horrible to deal with - they try to use chatbots which don't work well, almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. Make you jump through all sorts of hoops just to get help. Could not suggest any company work with Iron Mountain.

  Customer service is horrible.. Automated everything.. they email.. I respond.. they say they will respond in 48 hrs.. they don't... would rather burn my paperwork
