Between 2017 and 2018, I bought two bathroom cabinets and two faucets from this store. Last night I had a problem with the water valve and I needed to remove a drawer from the cabinet. I tried manuals and you tube with no luck. Today, I contacted the store via telephone. Josh answered the phone and provided an excellent customer service. He sent me the directions and a video to resolve my problem. Thank you Josh.

We were in need of new vanity tops and found J&J Liquidators. We were greeted by a woman that works there, and she was so friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the available products and which would work best for our needs. Once we chose what we wanted, they had them ready in less than 15 minutes and put them into our vehicles.
Prices were the best that we could find and the quality thus far seems very good! Thanks J&J - we appreciate you!

This place is amazing. It has all bathroom and kitchen cabinets, quarts slabs, sinks and mirrors. They have variety of items here for remodeling projects. I highly recommend this place. Super nice lady in the front

We fitted three bathrooms with vanities and granite/ natural stone sink tops from J&J’s and could not be happier. Their prices were very good and a lot lower than other places we shopped yet the quality was high. They now deliver for a reasonable charge. Our order was delivered the day after purchasing. Josh resolved a small problem we had immediately and we were very happy with the fast response. Great customer service.

I just went to this place An Asian man was sitting on top of a desk. He saw me walking around. He didn't walk my way to find out what I wanted. A man walked in he helped him I was ready to buy a vanity and sink. I'll spend my money somewhere else that I can get great service and not a rude one.

Price and selection; 5 stars. Customer service, 1 star. It seems like a family owned business where everyone is nice and polite, but there's an older Asian woman who works there that is so rude, I'll likely spend more money elsewhere just to avoid her. From eye rolling, terse, unhelpful statements, rushing me, lack of clarity, and deliberately attempting to keep change on a transaction, there were still too many rude interactions from just that one person to even list. Some people don't belong in customer service functions. In this case, it cost future business.

Excellent bathroom showroom with tons to see. I was having a hard time gauging bathtub sizes so it was great to find a place with lots of options in person.
