Literally terrible customer service. The women that work at night don’t give receipts, then rush your order by saying is that all for you as soon as you finish saying something, then on top of that, tell me to come in the morning to speak with the manager knowing well without a receipt they won’t do anything rushing so much to get an order done when no one‘s really there at 8:50 at night. Then have the audacity to ask me which Jack-in-the-Box I went to, even though I literally just spoke to her five minutes before that. And has seen me for every night in the last three days.

Love drive-tru service. My favorite person is an older bilingual lady. Definitely recommend going during the week breakfast to lunch time hours. They definitely have great customer service drive-tru team.

Our go to right now late night cravings is the sour dough jack. Just something a bit the way the bread is and then your meat and bacon. It's amazing.

You can't come here without. Helping them work the system. "Speed of service" is a joke. Once you pull back like they ask. It takes them 10mins to finally hand out your food. Do better!!! Your employees are lazy. The service is just as corrupt as the government.... It's officially, Jack in The Box is meant for crack heads!!!! Especially this one...

Why am I always asked to pull some random stunt in the drive thru? A couple days ago they didn't want me to pull up to the window and stopped me while I was about 8 ft away from the window. Two nights later I had a pretty small order and was asked to pull up front. I waited for, what felt like a long time for what i ordered, she handed it to me without saying a word and walked away. When i got home the order was wrong. Then tonight after they took my payment she asked me to "reverse" away from the window. So I had to carefully back up in the drive thru. For what? Why are you causing inconvenience to your clients?To probably reset timers, or numbers on your end? Can we just get our orders please? And the night people (I always see the same ones) look so miserable. Never a thank you, a smile, I never get offered my receipt. The soda is always watered down... doesn't even taste like Pepsi. My food was hot and well put together so that's what the second star is for but the experience is always frustrating. Seems like the clients are a bother to them. Who ever is in the kitchen building the burgers is on point... five stars to them. But the rest of the staff needs a snack & a nap.

Employee here never handed back my mothers debit card and it was charged for $4 at jack in a box I’m assuming to make sure it wasn’t locked , we didn’t notice til next day when it was then charged $140 at Brandy Melville. When we spoke with the manager he said they’d check cameras and if she did this she’d get in trouble. Today(1week or so later) I go pick up my online order and serving me are the same 2girls involved. I can’t trust the food or drinks now because who knows how they behave. Now I’ll be traveling further or just not going to jack in a box at all when considering eating out with my family.

Ordered the Cheddar biscuit special, asked for no meat and they got it right...but the biscuits were room temperature and the cheese was cold...like fresh out the fridge cold. It seems as if this location is always struggling to get it together, customer service pitiful, no smiles, no thank yous' or have a nice day..just snatch your money and had you back cold and sometimes half cooked food.
