Darleeta Hester office manager is extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with complicated tax issues. I have gone to this location for at least the last five years. I am always able to do a walk in appointment due to my crazy work schedule. I never have to wait more that 5 minutes to be seated.

I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for about 14 years now. In Nebraska and Arizona. I recommend them to everyone i know. But especially this year specifically. Dee helped me with my taxes this year. She was awesome. Very awesome. Answered all of my questions. Was very thorough, i can tell shes very popular because right after me, the next appointment, the clients were smiling and happy to see her. I guarantee you will be very satisfied with Dee. ☺
