I was quoted an outrageous amount for a detail at another car wash. I was so pleased and relieved when i spoke to Steven. He walked me through the kind of detail I needed. I’m so pleased with how kind and respectful he was. I will be returning. My car was spotless

Horrible, nothing close to what the VIP full-service wash describes…see my pictures. What did they do other than charge me for a $32 exterior car wash. They are so focused on getting you to upgrade they forget everything else. If you’re looking for the Danny’s experience…you’ll be seriously disappointed. Stick to the Tuesday and Wednesday $5 car wash.

Steven Munoz was helpful, courteous and super respectful with me and my vehicle. He delivered A-quality service and made me feel like family. Here’s my reason for the one star
First off nobody knows what the hell they’re doing here. Everyone’s lost everyone’s yelling at everyone.
We waited in line for a car to get washed. They wouldn’t tell us what to do. There’s no direction at this place at
And finally, when we did get someone to help us, they’re trying to charge us $100 to do a simple wash in the clean. I told him multiple times now they
Finally, they agreed on the $23 one but they just they don’t they don’t listen. They don’t care they just want up charge you. I walked all over the place because there’s nowhere to sit.
This place is ridiculous
I will never be coming back again
I will not recommend this place. I will not tell anyone about this place. I am very furious.

I’ve never really minded every time I go to this car wash that I’m up sold something that I don’t need. For the most part they’ve always been good, until this last visit. I was up, sold windows and treated very nicely. I knew that the window repair was not needed. But I figured the sales person was nice enough that I would go through with the sale. Well, on the day that I came to get my windows done I was treated like crap by the window people. First two agents acted like I didn’t even exist and then they knew nothing about my appointment. So I canceled. I had prepaid for my car wash and detail so I let them complete that for me. Which is very overpriced for what they actually do. I drop my car off at 9:30 in the morning and called three times to find out when it was ready. They now have some sort of automated system because apparently they’re too busy to pick up the phone. And although it sent three messages. They use an auto dialer to return your call Dash, which is sent straight to spam. So I had to wait an entire day to pick up my car. Looking at other reviews, this car wash needs to really seriously get a good manager in there To oversee their operation and fix things up. There’s a ton places I can take my car- And I will be exploring those options effective immediately. I would not recommend this car wash

If you want to pay for a $150 hand wash to get clouds and streaks all over your mirrors and windows, this is your place. I was told to hand wash would be 20 to 25 minutes to complete, it took over an hour. I had much higher expectations, given the price point of the hand wash.

I recently utilized Jacksons Car Wash and, unfortunately, my experience raised concerns regarding both service quality and customer care. After my most recent wash, I documented noticeable scratches on my hood and above the driver-side door handle. This was disappointing, particularly as I have previously taken steps to maintain the vehicle’s finish.
On an earlier visit, a personal water bottle valued at approximately $35 was damaged on their premises. Management, through a representative named Mike, addressed the matter by offering to provide a polish as a gesture of goodwill. When I later sought to reschedule that polish, another staff member responded in a manner I found unnecessarily confrontational.
While I acknowledge that certain employees, like Mike, have been courteous and professional, my overall impression is that the operation could benefit from updated equipment (bristles and towels appear to be leaving micro-scratches) and improved customer service training. Small details, such as ensuring vehicles are fully dried—including rooftops to prevent water from streaking windows—seem to be overlooked, which further diminishes the customer experience.
In my opinion, discounts offered on memberships may reflect an attempt to offset these issues. For these reasons, I have decided to seek vehicle care elsewhere.

Not impressed for the price. They would not let me use my coupon to upgrade services even though it said on the coupon I could use it to upgrade. So I ended up paying for a full wash and then they didn't even clean the inside, when I got the car back the inside was still very dusty and the windshield was not clean. Honestly I do a better job at the self car wash on windows and interior. Considering I am paying extra to have somebody else do the interior and windows I would expect them to do a better job. Not returning to this location.

If you drive manual. Don’t go there. They’ll stall your car 4 times and grind your clutch out and shave a good couple years off the lifespan. Sad.
Bad wash job. Didn’t even pop the trunk to dry.
Would rather wash my own car at home after this experience.

Absolutely great service! Steven helped me out, showed me whats what. I'm new in town so I wanted to take my business to somewhere that seemed like they would care for my truck and I found the perfect spot! The value is great and the wash came out amazing. This will be my car wash spot from now on.

I stopped going here 2 years ago due to the amount of times they messed up, damaged cars, or simply just didn’t do the job they were paid to do, and every time it’s the same song and dance oh the person assigned misunderstood what they were doing. Apparently managers at this place don’t have to follow up or manage their employees but regardless. Today I had my detail guy have a family emergency and my only option left was Jackson’s well I deserve this $240 for an interior only detail 4.5 hours and they literally swept the car (poorly) and didn’t even shampoo the carpets or clean the seats. When I brought their manager over he said “oh yeah this isn’t done you want to leave it over night? “ no I don’t want to leave it over night do you have magic elves working after hours that will actually do the job? Can I just get a refund and be on my way? Nope sorry no one here is authorized to do refunds you’ll have to come back tomorrow. This place is literally the worst business in all of Arizona. FYI they used to do oil changes stopped going there for that after they failed to put the skid plate back on my car two separate times. Also this is the second time they have just not detailed my car after paying for it. It’s my own fault for going back.
