Every time I foolishly go back for either car wash, or service they find a way to slightly rip you off. I'm sure most people don't notice. Example: between 2:00 o and 4:00 p.m. the website advertises a 25% discount off full service car washes. Purchased a car wash priced at $32.99 and received $5 off. As I said slightly wonky and most people probably don't complain. Then they blame new management and the website. Name on the website matches name of the business. Take ownership! Honor what you advertise! Maybe it's time to try Superstar down the road.

Went to this place for a car wash and got their monthly subscription i wasn't using it enough so I decided to cancel it sent emails and filled out paperwork to cancel this and they still charged my card the guy outside when you first pull in is a very rude person and shouldn't be in customer service don't go to this place the wash wasn't even worth it either!!

Went to get my car detailed, great deal. I get my car back and the air bags are disabled. They argued that they didn’t do anything but funny how I had airbags before I got there and now I’m spending 2 hrs at the dealership trying to figure out their mess-up. If I get a bill, I expect them to pay it. Or I’m suing!!

Scam! Do NOT sign up for their monthly car wash package. The attendant didn’t advise me that to cancel I had to do so 15 days before the renewal date. There was no agreement or contract signed stating this about the cancellation policy. The manager/owner refused to acknowledge their mistake. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Should have checked reviews first.
First, let me start by saying I have a brand-new Jeep with only 6,000 miles on it. It was basically clean inside, but I wanted my cargo space cleaned because I spilled baking soda.
Initially, they wanted to charge me $400 — which I think is insane. I told them no way! They then lowered the price to $200, which, according to the website, I overpaid by $50.
They used a leather cleaner on both the outside and inside of the vehicle. However, every ounce of dirt was still sticking to the leather after I got home.
The product they used to make the seats look shiny was disgraceful. It also caused an allergic reaction on my skin.
I will never go back. Trying to scam people is not cool!

Worst service EVER!! DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE, they give you a quote low price at the beginning and when you pick your car up they charge you a lot more!! That’s so messed up. my quote was $99 dlls, then they charged $239 dlls I still can’t believe it

The worst. Went there with my truck drivable and had to be towed out of there. No help from the staff. They would not return calls, never gave me info for the owner, and no return of funds for damage. Awesome customer service, keep it up. I'm sure you are making it up in other areas. Good business practice for repeat customers.
The employees don't understand how electronics work in vehicles. If you wet them, they malfunction. But that is on the owner to understand that the staff is incompetent and management is protective of them, defending their abilities to the last breath or until the business closes.

Fantastic service, Great Job, friendly service, the whole staff is GREAT!! My car was so clean, it looked like a brand new vehicle, right out of a car dealer display window! Horrible job with the car interior. They didn’t remove the mats to vacuum. Dirt and debris left all over the floors. They didn’t clean the crumbs off of any of the seats. Total waste of money. Do not recommend.

I got the VIP wash yesterday and it was amazing as always! The guys who vacuum, dry, ect after the wash are always professional and do a great job! The only full service spot I go to.
