Went thru express wash and the young lady didn’t ask what wash I wanted or told me the price. She took my card and was condescending of me going thru an express wash. Horrible customer service and bad representative of the company.

I’ve gone here for years. The last couple times I’ve come the car wash did practically nothing to wash my car. I didn’t remove the soap and the guy drying just rubbed in the soap into my car. Dried soap all over my car and the rest left wet. So disappointing. The vacuums hardly work half of the time. It’s become a waste of a membership.
The photo provided is a close up of the dried soap just 5 mins after the wash. It’s all over my car.

Lady in the front was very helpful, she let me know it was half off today, 🎉🎉 I didn’t know that so I will definitely tell people about it because my car also came out great! Thank you to the manager Xavier at then end made sure my car came out great! Loved it all around

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this team needed a shout of from start to finish I had great experience the girl up front Alex was super sweet she walked me through what my wash would come with gave clear directions how to get through and was a delight to speak with. They gave me a quick towel dry and sent me to the vacuums they seemed really busy but moved quickly and efficiently having fun and working hard. Chris walked me around the car and told me what they take care of. Highly recommend coming here for a good wash and conversation.

Horrible experience. New Rude, frumpy, lady with the worst teeth I’ve ever seen in the Carwash area. My self, wife and family have been coming here for over 10 years. About to cancel my membership over her and her ignorance. Also the staff has no understanding of the facts about water spots and timing. This location has been on a steady decline in service and overall car care experience. I’ll make sure to spread the word to many of the car people that go there that we may have to cancel memberships and find an alternative. The lady that said her name was Alex is likely the nail in the coffin. Such a shame to have that type of experience at such a prominent location. How can I go back after that encounter.

I was driving to the car wash, and the attendant didn’t give me any directions, which led me to accidentally hit my tire against the ramp. He just looked at me and shook his head, as if I was a bad driver, but he should have guided me to the ramp. After finishing the wash, I noticed the front of my car was clean, but the back was still dirty. Another attendant was wiping it down, but he didn’t do a great job, and my car was still quite wet when I left.

Xavier is amazing! I appreciate everything regarding him! He was amazing and so sweet! He deserves a huge raise! His custmer service skills were amazing and He helped me pick which car wash was the best option to pick! Again, loved the whole team but the best was Xavier!

I paid $70 for a full detail to clean inside and out. “Normally $190” according to the pushy salesperson (and I am the Queen of England). Gal said it included “free drink” it was 200 gazillion degrees outside- so I went to get my “free” drink - it was hot coffee. Really? Such BS. To top it off the interior is still dirty as is exterior. I tipped well because I always do at car wash and now I wish I hadn’t. Can’t imagine this car wash will be around for much longer.
