honest mechanics. I went in for an oil change and also mentioned that I had a TPMS sensor that went out and that it might need to be replaced. They checked it and found that my TPMS sensor in my tire was fine and that the system just had to be reset. Great, honest mechanics.

JAPros has been working on my car for the past 3 years and they are amazing. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but Veronica is so patient with me. I’m a rideshare driver and put a lot of miles on my car, and they maintained it so well I was able to sell it for a decent price and buy a new one! Sometimes I’m a pain, and they are always so nice. Thank you so much for all your constant help!

Sounds crazy, but I literally broke down on their doorstep when my alternator failed. They were able to get my Camry repaired in just a few hours with no appointment, so I could get back home to Flagstaff before sundown. Thank you for the excellent service!

My car had an electrical problem, it's a Japanese made Toyota Sienna van. They couldn't fix the problem within ten days of inspection. They wasted my money. I had to take it to another shop after they failed to fix it. It was a very bad experience. I don't recommend this shop.

Really bad experience at this place, they overcharged after they began work. Dishonest with original invoice and when I decided to take my business elsewhere they charged me $40 fee to get my car back because they had started work already. Bad customer experience. Veronica was the unhelpful employee I had to deal with. Take your business elsewhere!!

Japanese auto pros was not a good experience. Took my car for a check engine light and knew the code was for camshaft sensor but TN said it just needed a re-learn idle flashing. 3 days later lights were back on. Took it again, TN said it just needed to be reset and that everything was perfectly fine, yet light turned on 2 days later. The vibe walking into this place sucks too, TN and the lady that sits next to him just sit there not even welcoming and don’t even say hi. The lady seems like she hates having to hear what you’re bringing your car in for and is super unwelcoming. Never will I return here, going with someone else to see what the actual issue was. Unfortunately going to have to risk another diagnostic fee…

Used this shop yesterday for the first time ever, I found that they were very fair with their prices, very professional regarding their getting back to me promptly ( I dropped my vehicle off there ) , and also at the end of the day they were overall pleasant to deal with. If you have a Lexus and want someone knowledgeable w these automobiles I recommend going here.

I've been receiving service from this shop for over 10 years since they had their old location back on Glendale Ave and I've always appreciated how straight forward and honest the estimates, and diagnostics have been. They consistently have the lowest prices from other shops I've researched and the quality of the work has been much higher than other shops who have attempted to upsell me on services I don't need or flat out lie to me just because I don't know much about cars. I really appreciate all the hard work Tien, Kevin, Veronica, and the rest of the team put in to make this such a welcoming place to bring my vehicle and as long as I live in the Phoenix area this will be my go to shop for auto work.
