It was ok. I thought I signed up for paperless with the lady I talked to like it was when Don was alive. But I got an email saying I would get a bill. If paperless is a price reduction I would like to go that route.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the crew at the Jay LaSalle Allstate Agency, Travis Roberts who helped me with my situation, and overall my insurance with Allstate! My truck broke down and I wasn't sure how to get it back to my house without having to pay an enormous towing bill. I called and was helped by Travis, who immediately reassured me that my policy with Allstate had me covered. He clearly communicated my options, how Allstate was going to help me, and what to expect next. Within MINUTES of our conversation a tow truck was on the way, and my truck eventually made it back to my house. My tow bill was essentially covered because of Allstate. Sometime soon afterwards, he checked up with me to make sure everything worked out and to see if I had any other questions. A phenomenal policy at a great price, beyond excellent customer service, and peace of mind. Thanks Travis and the group over at Jay LaSalle Allstate!

I rarely provide online reviews, but I feel like I must publicly acknowledge Alex and Travis at the Jay LaSalle Agency. I have been an Allstate customer for over 20 years and at times had a significant number of policies with Allstate. I started to receive poor customer service from my previous Broker of over 20 yrs and as a result, I moved my entire account to Jay LaSalle. Alex is a true professional and worked with me to correct all the gaps in coverage and gave me piece of mind that he was truly invested in, and committed to working through my best interests. I had a payment dispute with one of my policies that couldn't get resolved with my prior broker for nearly 12 months. As soon as Alex and Travis got up to speed and involved in this issue, they resolved it for me to my benefit. They have won my business for life! Thank you both.

There is no better team to help you through your insurance process. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable about what they do, but are some of the kindest people I know. Jay's team not only helps me personally with all of my insurance needs (auto, home, investment properties, umbrella, etc), but also all of my clients. I absolutely recommend working with them!
