It was clean and well arranged. It seemed like they had sizes small, x small, x large & x large. No medium or large in women's tops.
Lots of petite sizes also. Didn't buy anything. Didn't have my size.

Almost no signage in the store, so you have to wander until you find what you're looking for or an employee who knows where it is.

I haven’t been inside this JC Penny’s in a long time. Stopped inside because Target didn’t have what I was looking for. I did find some basics for a decent price but the overall selection of clothing was lackluster. I’ve been looking for jeans and a dress for a dinner outing and although I looked through the dresses in the one area they were clustered in…all of them were styled and catered for older women. Or they had some holiday inspired dresses that were too formal. There was a random forever 21 section too that I was surprised to see and a large chunk of space dedicated to clearance. The sales woman was sweet at the counter but overall my mind was wanting to go into other stores at “pv mall” but I was reminding myself that it’s not there anymore. I wish this location would revamp the clothing section. The poor store feels like a time capsule now.

Thank you for reminding me why I don't shop here. My daughter was gifted a pair of shoes from here I asked them if there was any other way to take the tag off because they forgot to take the alarm off the shoes and they told me that they were going to call me back it has been 2 days. I went outside grabbed something heavy and smashed the daylights out of the alarm and now my daughter can wear her shoes. Do your job at the register I don't care if it's Christmas time! I am very far away from a JCPenney as it is but I'm very happy I am because your customer service sucks! Just remember everyone if they forget to take the tag off go outside and just get something very heavy and smash it you'll be fine!

What the hell am I supposed to do with this?? Women's pantyhose is stronger than this roll of paper. And good luck trying to pull off enough to get a long enough length to double and tripling quadruple layers. Enough that your fingers don't push through it..

I stopped in today to do a return from an online purchase. It’s really sad to see this store so empty. Everything was nicely arranged and the staff was very nice. I ended up buying a dress too. Wish I had more time to browse.

JCPenney is an excellent place to buy big and tall clothes. They are much cheaper than most other places that sell big and tall clothes. They have a huge variety of very nice clothes that are great quality. They also carry a lot of name brand men's clothes and shoes.

Found what I needed for my granddaughter. It was difficult to find a cashier, but it was later in the evening. The store is stocked up, nicely. I'd come back again. ?
