Long story short had vehicle fixed, put down lots of money waiting to now find my truck, mechanic Chris stole my money and truck, out over $30 k, no one has a good answer as to what happened, haven't heard from Chris the mechanic, waiting on Phoenix PD, police report has been made. This ordeal has been a nightmare, and it's my company truck.

I've been going here for many years. Recently, it has gone downhill.
Promises are made but never kept.
Fixed parts that didn't solve the problem.
Truck overheated after leaving shop because coolant system wasn't bled, multiple times.
Left engine oil cap off and oil went everywhere.
After truck was done and paid for, took two weeks to get it back.
Caught egr valve on fire by laying dip stick across engine to battery terminal. Replaced with bad part and won't stand up to it.

Do not take your car here! Upon picking up my car, all of my gas was gone. After being advised gas was put in. I barely made it to the gas station. My car was used for personal use and kept for 2 weeks. My center console was broken, about $30 of silver change stolen and vaping tag was left in my car. It was dirty inside out. The owner said he would make things right and no response or action was taken. My car is making a louder sound than before. At this point I don’t even know if my car was looked at mechanically. All was blamed on an employee.

I'm going to let yall know a little bit about the life of the owner. He is extremely abusive to his kids/partners. Read through the first 1 star review that it shows. He leaves bad parts and horrible service. Please do not go here.

I have used Jensen Automotive for several years now. I have always received honest feedback and advise from Chris and his team. They are busy for a reason, they are honest and work hard to get you out the door quickly with very reasonable prices. I'm on car number 5 with Chris.

Takes forever to complete a job. After I paid a year later my car still isn't fixed. When I came back to complain, he started calling me names. Time to take it up with the courts. Don't pay upfront t!!!

ZERO STARSI do NOT recommend jensen automotive ive brought my truck to him needing a head gasket repair because my oil leaked into my coolant system I told him from the start""HOW MUCH FOR NEW HEADS"" he said DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY LIKE THAT WE CAN SEND THEM OF TO THE MACHINE SHOP "and looked at me like i was dumb .... he said "I had a bad head gasket and found the problem" when I asked him to see the bad gasket he couldn't provide the bad part , he sold me all kinds of parts because they were contaminated with oil hoses and water pump thermostat also he "threw in a radiator " for free because he didn't want to clean the one I had . So after that the truck was "fixed" he gave it back to me on Friday I paid him $2,600 and told me to bring it back on Monday but I got half way home and the check engine light came back on same day so I brought it back the next morning it was a sensor problem I later picked it up , then I got it back he told me to bring it back Monday because he had to flush my coolant again I personally flushed it out 10 times to save time and fuel of driving down there again then the check engine light the check engine light came on again 4 days later brought it back again cylinder 6 misfire was the code and the coolant system was full of oil still never fixed the origanal problem I brought it back he said the head had a Crack in it from the oil jet to the water port said he would put a new head on it I said ok gave him the keys 7 days later it was fixed he gave me another bill for over $500 again at this point im like ok I need my truck whatever . So I drove it around a couple days again then check engine light came on again at this point I was done with his shop and his unqualified labors touching my stuff I ended up out over $3,100 and all oil contaminated parts that were "new" and a broke down truck with my engine not running worse off then I started with , I called him to get my money back he refused to give me anything back had a bad attitude and told me take my warranty up with Napa and hung up on me , so I towed the truck to a shop for $300 and let them diagnose it the head he had replaced had a broken valve spring and was cracked , my truck would have been fixed in a couple hours and done right if I would have just brought it somewheres else . now im out more money more time because someone doesn't show decency or good workmanship and or refund in the pictures is the junk he put in my truck he had my truck plenty of times to correct his work I gave him more then the benefit of doubt I paid whatever he asked I told him I need my truck fixed he couldn't deliver what was purchased. He has a couple guys there that aren't mechanics they are labors for him beware and go somewheres else. I just had to fix everything that broke from the destruction of lack of oil in my engine and spent another $2,000 from the oil leaking out of my engine into my coolant the last time my lifters went badThanks cris .....

We are Canadians whom broke down in Arizona, a friend told us to go there. They took very good care of us, very fast because it is a motor home and we were on vacation. They did a very good job on the sprinter van, at a very reasonable price, they are very honest, they know what they do, thanks a lot ! Chris was very professional and honest. He made me feel at ease knowing my car will be done right the first time. His service manager Rick, was just as helpful. He kept me in the loop every step to the process. They even have a finance company to break up the payments, which really helped.
