The staff is extremely unprofessional. I went in to pick up a door dash order and was told that my order was already picked up. This caused a great deal of time wasted and they bring my order outside to me as I am chatting with a customer service agent. Why would they tell me my order was already picked up?

Friday night my husband decided to try the app out so he ordered on the app got home and my sandwich was not what we ordered on the app! I got the number nine with onions extra cheese oregano salt and vinegar and when I received it it had no extra cheese no vinegar no onions no oregano no salt and only one thinly sliced piece of meat of the turkey and roast beef.. we go there all the time never again on the app

Went to this Jeresy's Mile and the service was awful. The lettuce was turning brown, and when they was preparing my food, they put the bread on the tray that was dirty, so I told them, you put my bread on the tray and it has the juices on the tray. So the girl said, I can get you new bread and only change the top bread. So I told her , uh what about the bottom bread? She said it didn't touch the juices on the tray, so I walked out. Awful!!!!!!!

Last time I go inside this store. There was a homeless women asking for someone to buy her a meal. If you're going to beg it would be nice if they would do it outside instead of inside. I remember the good old days when you didn't get herange for money every where you go but right in the lobby? The girls behind the counter didn't do much. When I brought it to her attention she said "what are we supposed to do?" What a world we live in.

Have never went in and had a bad experience, it’s nice to be served and not have a extremely long wait. I’m not a person that does a lot of online ordering just old-fashioned.

They forever take care of me here. They don't turn you away because they're closing, the food is authentic and you can tell they actually enjoy their job. Especially Taje (I probably butchered that so sorry) and Luisa, no complaints ever. I will always drive extra just for this specific location.

This was my 1st time and my last time at a Jersey Mikes the people today was rude and disrespectful, and the food besides the mess up x 3 it the tested was ok it wasn't worth my $$.

Lack of communication from this store… I ordered my food on Door Dash and had been waiting for my order for an hour after the delivery time was posted so I tried calling this location and NOBODY was answering. I called the order line and even they were unsuccessful with getting anyone on the line. Like I get a store could be busy but atleast pick up the phone calls coming in!

The best subs in town. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I always recommend Mike’s way for cold subs. The cherry pepper relish is amazing and worth trying.

I have been going to this Jersey Mike's location since it opened and in general it is clean, the food is good and the staff is friendly. Sometimes depending on who is working it can move a little slowly, but this seems to be due to new staff or a crazy amount of online orders coming in. In the past we have had trouble with them leaving things off our sandwich on an online order. But these incidents are rare and don't affect the overall experience for me. Recently I had an issue and Mirna the new manager handled it EXTREMELY well. She gave me fantastic customer service and dealt with the issue quickly. She has won a repeat customer for sure!Dietary restrictions: It is nice that they have a gluten free bread option.
