Couldn’t change my oil due to bolts being too tight on the skid plate. Employees seemed to not take service seriously. They were awkward and unclear with directions.

Long wait which I dont mind , techs was informative about other things I should look at that jiffy lube doesn't offer pertaining to services, but my thing is I like to check after being serviced so I pull over and I have screws missing from my air intake box which was 3 screws I only found "two" i returned they gladly put them back ,but it makes me wonder what else could be missing that I don't see ......guess we'll find out ,I usually go elsewhere but decided on them ,doubt I'll return simply because of screw missing other wise all was well but this isn't customer service this is about my car being taken care of properly as it was given id like for it to be returned in better condition not with things missing ..

This was one of the worst experiences ever. Jose H could not have been ruder. Literally 112 dollars and this service? I’ll go to the dealership and pay a little bit more for a real mechanic. Ridiculous. One star

Jiped me out my money didn't show any piece they replaced claiming it was broke .. when all they broke it and still charge me I went in for an oil change and they are worse than portillos EACH SOLD SEPARATELY. I figure out how to do my own oil change now

Jiffy lube didn’t have the plastic piece required to process an oil change so I had to go some place else.

I've been a long-term customer of jiffy Lube in Tigard Oregon but recently moved to Phoenix Arizona and went to the jiffy Lube located on 7th street and Camelback. Leland and Brandon were honest, professional and efficient in getting my car serviced. I will be coming to this location whenever my car needs to be serviced. Thank you!

I waited for 40 minutes and no one came out to check in with me, the car in front of me, or the car behind me. I ended up going to the Northern Ave location, which was moving at a more appropriate pace and better customer service overall.

I gave the place 3 stars but I give the manager 5 stars. I come to this place anytime I need an oil change and everyone here is so friendly!! This time around, I got here right at 8 when they opened and waited behind 3 cars. The manager approached the cars to inform us that he was the only one here and doesn’t know where the rest of the crew is. So 2 cars left and that left 3 cars in total that decided to stick around and wait longer and the poor manager said that he unfortunately had to do the oil changes on his own and that it’s going to take a while. At this point, I told him to do what he could and for him to take his time because I wasn’t about to rush him after being left by himself to be responsible for changing the oil in peoples cars. I felt so bad for him. He still had a positive attitude and proceeded to do what he could for us cars that were there. I rate him 5 stars all together for stepping up and doing what he had to do on his own.
