Checked oil 2 days after getting an oil change. Was a quart low. Guy I know also went there and says he was shorted too. Avoid this Gyppy Lube.

they over tightened my drug plug and then refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. Then on top of that they suggest to "fix" the problem by putting a non OE part in the car instead of fixing the problem correctly. So basically Jiffy Lube has caused us a $600.00 mechanics bill and are refusing to take responsibility for it.

Jiffy Lube on Peoria is excellent place to get your oil change. The employees are super nice and engaging.

My sister Kesha, and I came here to get our oil change. Gabriel was super awesome and went up above and beyond his job by even cleaning our vehicle and cleaning our windows, and making sure that he did a thorough check of our vehicle to make sure that it was pristine and good to go on the road would definitely recommend them and definitely will come back you did. A great job.

I had such a great experience at this place today. Gabriel was so helpful, honest, professional and courteous. They even vacuumed my car and washed my windows and helped me with a coupon! I can’t say enough about the great customer service the manager Gabriel provide me today when I took my car in for an oil change. The team did an amazing job vacuuming out my car, washing my windshield, topping off all my fluids and adding air to my tire. They were very honest when they showed me my air filter and said it was still good. I felt comfortable with everything and there was NO upselling. I will be back for sure!Service: Oil change
