I got an oil change and air filter at this location about a year ago on my 2500 diesel. Recently my truck has been throwing mass air sensor codes. So I checked the air filter. It's still clean, because it was installed backwards. So the seal/gasket wasn't seated, allowing all kinds of fun debris into my turbo and engine for the last year. I knew better than to trust a franchise to touch my engine, but I was in a hurry. Shame on me, I guess.

The Jiffy Lube on Thunderbird / 26th Ave are excellent. They are friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. I went in this morning without an appointment, and was helped immediately. Having a trusted spot to help me with car troubles is a real comfort. Thank you!
