I would like to give them zero Stars One charging every family $18 shipping on a graduation package that already cost $300 and then adding the tax on after they add the shipping price you talking about raping families this company is horrible my granddaughter's graduated in class alone they'll make $2,000 or more in shipping cost. Very unhappy customer

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! Our schools used Lifetouch for years, but switch a couple years back. The yearbooks have doubled in price and so did the photos. Their people, who come to the schools, to take photos, are untrained and must be blind! Two years in a row, I have had pictures come back with eyes closed and my children ALWAYS have to do retakes. They don't even tell them to smile! Talk to your districts and get this company out! No family should have to pay $60+ for school pictures and $50+ for a yearbook.

Terrible how they mislead students about cap and gown only $36 but then adding a tassel +$18 then shipping +$15 dollars(they ship to school in bulk not even to a home, so that means they are making so much money off shipping alone tag if us for their service fee as a business). This is about 75 dollars. Which doesn’t say they include one, they make it seem like there is not one included might make ppl add an additional one. They have made schools not allow ppl purchase one online thru like Amazon the child will not be allowed to walk.

Terrible company to put your trust in for graduates milestones. They take all monies they can without clarifying orders. Purchased graduation year book 6 months prior to graduation. I received a receipt from them so we thought everything was good to go. what happened was they charged me 64 dollars for a senior tribute. but didn't charge the book!! Upon complaint said we cannot supply you with a book!! So in a nutshell we were left with no remberance of our daughters senior year. But they kept the 64 dollars for the tribute in a book we never received. This company is a perfect example of corporate takeover.They got a handle on all schools. so no need for customer service anymore. Warning when ordering something don't count on them to deliver. They will take your money for engravement but say you didn't order the ring

Great drive to the location. I'm glad I was able to get my daughter's cap and gown since it wasn't delivered to the school. Service is personal but kind of slow.

*DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS*Ordered 7 caps and gowns on April 26th. Paid in full. After a few weeks of not getting a tracking number I called and was told I'd receive the order on or before May 31st. I received a voicemail on May 24th to tell me I owed them money for shipping. I called and was told that the order was fine and I would receive the order on or before May 31st. On May 30th I still have not received tracking information and called to find out what was happening. I was told my order was canceled due to unpaid shipping (I have a receipt from April 26th saying I paid in full and had no outstanding balance). I spoke with a customer service rep and was told all they could do was reorder it, but could not guarantee any quick delivery. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor to talk to and that this was the only solution. I asked again to speak to a manager and the rep told me skeptically that he would but they would just tell me the same thing. I spoke with the manager. He never apologized. He never acknowledged the mistakes that were made by the business on their end. All he could do was reorder my caps and gowns and try to rush it out to me. He even still charged me more than the original cost of the order to cover shipping costs after they made such a serious mistake and are risking that 6 of us students will not have our regalia for graduation. Read the reviews of this company. Don't use them.

Astros fans, be careful. I ordered my ring 8 weeks ago and haven't received. My receipt says 6-8 weeks to receive my Astros championship ring. I Called them and told me to wait another 3 to 5 weeks. Then told me that they will communicate with me next week and maybe give me a refund. I communicate this to Astros management because it is not fair for us to work with pishing companies like this.

I wasn't greeted when I walked in, the lady didn't even acknowledge me, her phone call seemed to be more important than the Customer, after a few minutes ,she asks if i need "something" I tell her cap nd gowns, she hands me a pen and paper then returns to her phone. Terrible Customer Service

If you are a school ordering announcements for high school graduation, please stay away from ordering black as an option for your announcements. Jostens will not take any blame when it comes to integrity of their products to ensure customers are happy. Their quality has gone down tremendously. I have seen several other students name cards printed with ink missing in areas and the print so small you need glasses or a magnifying glass to read it. The same goes for the announcements. This would have been avoided with a little quality control on their part to think "hmm, maybe this product doesn't look so good, maybe we should enhance the print to make it stand out on all black paper." I requested a refund of the product since it was not I that ok'd the product. I, as the consumer, have no knowledge of how these will turn out before they arrive to me. Therefore, you'd think that Jostens would be a little more attentive to ensuring quality products and customer satisfaction.

Cheap company it's been 2 months and still waiting on my sons varsity jacket they keep giving the run around I don't need it anymore cap and gown material is very very cheap will never order from them again will have to re order elsewhere come on SDOHS pick a better company smh very disappointed....

This is the biggest scam there. This place has terrible customer service. There website does not work and they hire the worst employees. Schools should mot allow these rip off overpriced artists to operate on campus. Shame on them
