  🛑🛑If I could give 0 stars I would. My jewelry means so much to me as alot of it has been passed down. I had 12 pieces repaired today here and I will never go back to them. Horrible job. I still have to take 3 pieces to get fixed elsewhere. Even down to solder a ring that had to get cut off in a Emergency, they solder back and it was a size smaller. Then another ring so sharp I can't even wear it, she told me it was like that when I took it in, I know it was not as I just took it off my finger. Alot was just a simple solder and it was $25. Take pictures of all your stuff, showing where its broken.. she lied to my face, like its not my jewelry and I dont know whats wrong with it.

  Scam they sold me Poor quality gold ring and broke completely. I went back to ask how much to fix it and were charging me $500. Don’t buy here !!!!!

  DON'T DO IT! My mother purchased silver chain from them. It turned dark/black a few days later. They refused to do anything about it.

  Lo que hacen en esta joyería nomás roban el oro no el lo raspan para robar el oro si aún no le cuestan para que le roben el oro a uno ????? just letting you know that that jewelry jewelry store they steal your gold they scrape the gold until they take them off why don't they just tell you I'm going to charge you so much for it not steal it why do they damaged it and they have money why do they steal yours if you pay for your gold for them to ruin it do not trust them they steal your gold they're supposed to fix something but they were in the rest of it ??????

  I took a pendant to have it soldered and better than soldering it, he soldered it but he stole the gold from me he scratched it and made a hole in it for where the stones go why do they steal gold from people rat people It's a business that doesn't work for nothing And they steal your gold, they had to tell you 300 but they didn't give you, don't hurt the things that cost you????

  I have a jewel that has broken twice in less than three months. They do not make any guarantee effective, nor do they ever resolve anything for you. It is a terrible service and the quality is not to be said. Better throw your money before buying there

  Got my necklace almost 6 years ago which was beautiful work done from the previous jeweler guy, went to get it repaired since it snapped off at the end of the necklace and I went back to this place because it’s obviously where I got it originally and I liked their work. Just went to pick it up and the work that was done by the new jeweler was absolutely UGLY AND CARELESS. The girl tried saying nothing was wrong with it and that’s the welding job needed to repair it. But also tried saying that’s how I brought it in, the audacity!!! ? I explained to them that I didn’t like the job done but “nothing could be done about it.” DONT EVER COME TO THIS JEWELER, the service is poor & unprofessional and the quality of jewelry is not the same anymore, cheap/flimsy.(Pictures for reference because they want to act like nothing was wrong! 1st picture is how it originally was, 2nd is obviously the careless work.)

  Worst experience ever got a pair of earrings and one was bent and so cheap looking flimsy and when I went in they said I did it no one even worn them and they wanted to charge a 20% charge to exchange ?

  We bought 3 rings and payed $1100 for everything 8 days later the rings turned yellow and brassy as if they were fake. We went to see what could be done and they basically said it was our fault and said they would give us a $880 credit but would have to pay the rest. Everyone was so rude they sent us to their other store saying the owner was there and lied and tried to get us to go away. The ladies kept saying they could refuse their service and won’t do anything because they would lose their money even after they sold us faulty rings. Very unprofessional and disgusting

  Please DO NOT GO to any of their locations. We bought 1.2k gold rings for a 25 years wedding anniversary, not only did they not have them ready until the night before the celebration but a week after they discolored! We went back to ask for an explation and all they could tell us was that it was because of our SWEAT! Come on real gold does not discolor with sweat! The unnecessary unprofessionalism from the manager was horrible, her lack of customer service that she has was infuriating. We asked to get different rings and all they wanted to give us was $800 rings because if they gave us any other ones they would loose money! We asked to speak with the owner and we were told he had walked away, that i had missed when in reality he was on the back hearing the conversation with his rude manager and not once did he step in! Please save your self from the hassle and take your money some place where they will value you as a customer.

  If I could give this place a zero star I would. I bought a necklace for my fiancé & was sold a 10K gold necklace, which was short & not what I expected & overpriced. I looked somewhere else & found a better necklace for a cheaper price & nicer & it was 14K gold. I went back to exchange the necklace & they said they don’t give refunds so we exchanged it for another one. The lady had a terrible attitude & was not pleasant at all! On top of it all, we got another necklace & the necklace was broken & couldn’t exchange it because they thought we broke it as soon as we walked away! Never again will I go back to this place & definitely DO NOT recommend! Look elsewhere before you buy jewelry from this place!

  As Jaz mentioned below. I asked how long it would take for a name plate to be done and they said 2 weeks only placed the order because I trusted they'd have it done for my son's birthday and unfortunately I had to wait almost an extra week due to them not having it ready and drove over 15miles just for them to tell me it wasn't ready. A call would have been nice.
