From the first time I visited, the nun, Gamo was super kind and helpful and friendly. She has a wonderful sense of humor. The monk that does the sunday meditations is also super nice. It was a joy to talk with them and visit this place. It is a great place for beginners or anyone looking for a meditation center.

This temple is a great place to learn how to meditate. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean inside and outside and the temple offers classes through the week as well as retreats. Classes can be streamed online as well. Great place.

Meditation, instruction, and a quiet peaceful place. There are books and spiritual objects for sale and free snacks and beverages after sessions. Two thumbs up.

If you are looking for some peace in your life, this is the place for you. I've already gone 3 times in less then 2 weeks. A great place for classes and Sunday morning meditation and dharma talk. The resident teacher/monk Tabkay is just fantastic and has such a charismatic and calming manner about him, you'll want to attend more than once too.

I visited here 3-4 years ago. Maybe it's changed but I doubt it. I've been to KMCs all over the country since 2010. This was one of the least friendly by far. I wasn't greeted, no one really talked to me and they avoided sitting at my open table where I stupidly smiled at people who were looking for a seat while eating by myself. They act much more like a business than other centers as well. The "cashier" seemed very offended when I deferred on paying the donation for the meditation as I couldn't afford it at the time. My experience was so off-putting that I haven't returned. The people here do not practice true Buddhism.
