After signing up with the brokerage and paying the monthly dues, no follow up was done to ensure new agents have a pathway toward success. Membership dues were continually drawn from my account despite requesting cancellation several months ahead. After expressing my desire to cancel the agent-brokerage relationship, KWBP office became increasingly difficult to get ahold of regarding the dues that kept getting processed from my bank.

Do not rent through this company. They have ridiculous fees for everything. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. Barely answer emails. They will find a way to get extra money by any means necessary.

Todd Porter is a rude and unprofessional. The pandemic messed with our move and Todd was unreasonable to deal with. The houses we moved into was not cleaned before we moved in and appliances were faulty. We spent our first 2 days cleaning the floor and appliancess. We submitted maintenance requests and nothing was done. In 12 months we had no ice (ice machine) which is fun in hot Arizona. Our washer connection leaked and our laundry room had a mildew stench. Next, the pandemic, freaking stupid pandemic, has jacked up normal life. Normal way or booking movers doesn't exist anymore. Our movers cancelled last minute and Todd showed ZERO understanding. He just sits back and takes our money. Do Not use this company!!!! Shame on Todd Porter and Keller Williams Biltmore for treating a young, hurting family of 5 with such disrespect.

We rented a house from Keller Williams Biltmore and ********************* was the property manager. First of all, in the 12 months we lived there, we submitted maintenance requests and nothing was completed. We had faulty appliances nothing was done to correct the matter. Second, we were scheduled to move out September 30, we had movers and truck booked and last minute the company canceled on us citing the pandemic has caused issues with availability. We were unable to reschedule anything until October 4th. When explaining the situation to our property manager he showed ZERO empathy or understanding and is charging us for rent for the Month of October, cancelling our MUCH NEEDED deposit. During these times with a pandemic, companies need to have better understanding that are things in this life now that are completely OUT OF OUR CONTROL! Keller ********* Biltmore and ********************* have showed poor professionalism and their actions should not be ignored! We are a young, hurting family who desperately needs our money back..

I am reviewing the property management side of Keller Williams Realty-Biltmore Partners. What a horrible move out experience we had with them. After giving notice and being told they do not pro-rate, (even though they did when we moved in so they could get money ASAP) we accepted this and paid for 3 weeks we did not need. They sent me a list of what needed to be done for move out, all the things that needed to be cleaned, professional cleaning of carpets with a receipt and all keys etc. turned in. I spent 8 hours cleaning the house, it was cleaner then when we took it over, had the carpets cleaned and turned the house over 3 days early with all the keys, openers etc., and the recept for carpet cleaning. Nothing was said about a professional cleaning receipt! When we finally, 24 days later, got our deposit back, they had taken out $250 for cleaning and $50 for removal of items we left. We were told we could go to walk through, which we requested to do, and then when I turned everything over, the person I turned it over to said they would just be taking pictures and we really did not need to be there! I agreed, big mistake!!! I contacted them as soon as we got our deposit and the breakdown for the money they took out, no answer ever! I asked for the pictures of items that were left, my husband and I both went through the house multiple times as we had plenty of time to move out and we didn't leave anything, except for the items that belonged to the house and were there when we got there!!!!! We got no response, ever!!!!! I finally gave up, and went to fill out the survey they sent, but it had expired because I waited too long! I waited hoping they would be a reputable company and at least respond to my questions! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS REALTOR!!! It was fine while we were there as we took care of everything, we have always been homeowners and we treated it as our own for the year we were there! I wish I would have read reviews before we rented! It is very sad that they value a dollar over a good reputation, just respond to your clients!!!!!

I have been with Keller Williams for 4 years . Todd Porter is the property manager . I recently had a fire at my unit that damaged my kitchen stove and microwave in addition to that my ac unit blows debris from the fire making it unsafe to turn on and use . Of course I have renters insurance. Todd Porter is very unprofessional I have been paying full rent for a partiality uninhabitable unit and he is demanding that I pay the owners deductible due to the fire . I haven’t cooked in my kitchen since January 26 , 2021 as March 16 , 2021 my kitchen has still not been repaired however he is unlawfully charging me full rent . This is not the first time I’ve had An issue with Mr Porter back in 2020 my unit was also left uninhabitable due to my unit not having any hot water . I’ve been at this unit 4 years and this fire was unexpected. This guy has been unprofessional , non empathetic from day one and has made my stay here a living hell.
