I would recommend this Phoenix Kids Incorporated to families to allow us the privilege of teaching, playing, and caring for your children. My youngest son, who is now in Kindergarten, and I started here shortly after his 2nd Birthday. I have worked here since in my class room. My son has been so well taken care of, and learned so much along the way. He has been excited every morning to come to school. Now, he comes after Kindergarten and is able to "hang" with his friends. I feel grateful to teach and be a part of all the little children's lives and love watching them grow. Through these last 3 years, as there is always changes everywhere, I have been happier since our Director, Erin, has been here. I only hope you join our school and your children will be comfortable and excited to come to class like my son has been. Thank you for reading and look forward to meeting your family!

I love this daycare ! It was my sons first time in a daycare and I was nervous for him and scared he was going to have a hard time. My sons teachers made him feel so comfortable and welcome that my worries went away.I can tell that he loves the place just by how excited he is when we walk in the front door. I Can see that he has learned so muchh just in the few months he’s been enrolled.Staff has always been helpful in notifying and updating me on him and I couldn’t imagine having him in another daycare.

I love this center! Such nice teachers for both my 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son! They started a year ago and love coming to school every day and come home every day telling me something they learned! I have seen how much my two year old has learned in such little time ! Makes me so happy.

Beware of this daycare. Neglected medical emergency! Ignored choking and tried covering it up!!!My son attended this daycare for 6 months it was closer to my new job, closer to our home, so we really tried to make it work. The tour was wonderful, great lesson plans, meals, and clean. However, our first week there a teacher allowed my son not to eat or drink for 8 hrs and didn’t notify me. The director didn’t seem to care when I was obviously concerned. They move your kids to the next class up without telling you. I looked for 10 minutes at pick up for my sons belongings one day and after searching the school finally located an employee who said this isn’t your kids class he was moved to xyz class. No one told me anything because he was still dropped off at his previous class everyday with no word of any type. The icing on the cake for my family: my son choked on a pancake requiring back blows on a Friday morning. The teacher saved my sons life and reported it immediately to the director. Erin, the director, opted not to call EMS and did not notify me of the incident. The following Monday at drop off the teacher was concerned about how my son did over the weekend. She realized I had no clue about the situation and told me what happened. I immediately made a safety plan with her and his other teacher while I was preparing to move states and only had 2 weeks left at this school, I was going to try to make it work. I spoke to the director Erin, asked why I wasn’t notified. She told me the pancake would have disintegrated and he was fine so she opted not to notify me. My kid is 2. Choking kills 1 in 5 kids per day in the USA. This was a medical emergency and she ignored it. I explained that to her very clearly. She apologized and asked what she could do so I told her to educate her staff on first aid/cpr and she admitted it was not her staff but it was her who made the decision and still insisted he was fine!! She didn’t understand how potentially fatal her mistake was and she did not care. She was not accepting that she was WRONG! And put my son in danger so I reported the incident to the state.Because we had the safety plan with the teachers I continued bringing my son. State came on a Monday and because of Erin’s lies and inconsistencies of her story and the vague incident report, well multiple incident reports on the situation (which I only got 1 and only signed 1) they will likely be investigated further THANK GOD!!Erin then retaliated against my family and revoked daycare services from my family at 6pm the same day the state visited. Which only sends the message that they are not willing to own their mistake or get any better. She admitted it was because of my report to the state, she tried to say it was because “I wasn’t happy with their services” I made it clear I was only not happy with her choosing not to notify me or call EMS during a medical emergency and her lack of concern when we talked about it. I was concerned about her ignorance of first aid/cpr that lead to them neglecting my child. She should NOT be managing anything and she should not be working with children. My son is back in his old daycare, he no longer cries at drop off, he would cry and beg to go home in the parking lot some days!! He is a much happier kid! and now a lot of questions and concerns I had about kids incorporated are coming full circle. I should have trusted my gut and removed him the day they didn’t feed him and never looked back, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.NEVER again!! I will always advocate for children and their safety!! and I will share my experiences on EVERY platform every opportunity I get until this place makes a change!

I toured this place and the staff is terrible. None of the ladies at the front desk greeted me with a simple “hello” Frida was unable to effectively communicate general information regarding the center and infant care. Frida and the other front room staff lacked basic hospitality and social skills, I would not consider care for my infant due to the poor treatment and staff

The teachers are great! But the front desk girls won’t even say “you’re welcome” after you say thank you! Or you ask a question and it seems like you bother them! You walk in and won’t even greet you!

Moved to this location from the Scottsdale location recently. My daughter has only been attending for 2 weeks but we already love the teachers and the structure she is receiving. Erin and Savannah are so nice and Ms. Leti in the ones room is the sweetest. unfortunately due to my current financial situation, we won’t be able to stick around. absolutely not their fault and I do feel their pricing is fair,, but being a newly single mom, I had to find somewhere more affordable for myself. We truly wish we could stick around at Kids Inc, and can’t say we won’t return in the future!

Do not bring your child here, they do not clean the kids noses or wash their hands. The kids are always sick, they rarely clean or sanitize the toys here. Staff is rude and there are always new teachers in and out, kids have no consistency. They don't teach anything in the classrooms just let kids play all day and exhaust themselves out. They just care about putting on a fake friendly face to the parents and not really caring for the children. Meals constantly get children sick with diarrhea & they are always losing childrens items (sheets, blankets, shoes, etc.) due to the lack of organization inside the classrooms and the front office. Really shitty place, anywhere else is better!

Has nothing to do with the center itself , but a driver of one of their small busses. She was a reckless driver and almost smashed into my car with the bus . She crossed a 2 way without even looking for oncoming traffic . If I didn't slam on my brakes She would have t boned me and my child. Once again this is only about this driver of theirs.

If you think of bringing ur infant her don't waste ur time and money!they will have ur baby crying all day I took my 4 month daughter her for one week until one day a came earlier then usual and the front desk lady was busy so told me to come get her myself from the infants room the girls that work there have no experience on how to watch kids they just hired any young girl but the looks of it I walked in the to see my daughter s eyes swollen red of how much she cried I asked the girl there why my daughter had her eyes like that all she said was she barely started crying ! Unprofessional u should get fired!!!broke my heart to see her like that never coming back here again they shouldn't be watching infants if they don't have someone that has experience or patience for baby's period good luck if u think about bringing ur babies here they will get mid treated !!

I have taken my children there as well as nephews and nieces. The staff is very friendly and children are taken care of. BUT, the Director Suzette is a real witch. My son in law made a comment and she didn't like it so she will no longer allow my 1 yr grandson to attend. She was like ok well I'm going to show you what a witch I am and come get his things. Now on her profile she claims to care so much about children. If that was the case this has nothing to do with an innocent lil boy who was just getting comfortable. Very Unprofessional.
