Nice clean store, very helpful and friendly employees. Limited sizing sometimes...out of stock on several sizes that I can usually find at other Kohls stores. This one is quiet and easy to shop though.

Today, I had the worst experience ever at this Kohl’s. I needed assistance at the customer service desk. There was one employee working. His/her name was John. This person was completely unhelpful, very condescending, rude, and completely incapable of handling their role in customer service. I frequent this location and usually the employees are very helpful, but today I was completely shocked at this persons unwillingness to assist me and the complete disregard for the job. This person needs to be trained and if still unable to perform the requirements of that position, needs to be moved to another area that does not require customer contact or let go as a last resort.

Had a lovely shopping by experience thanks to Jen and Advalia ( apologies for wrong spelling). Jen was very helpful at the Sephora section and Advalia was wonderful checking us out and offered me my Sephora birthday gift.
Only took a star off because the Sephora section was a bit small and lots of out of stock items.

I was in the area and looking for something specific. I decided to stop and see what they had. While I didn't find exactly what I came for, I did find find something that will probably work. Prices were good, and the cashier was friendly.
The parking was good with wheelchair ♿️ spaces and entrances.

No person at checkout, busy talking to other employees. No sweaters on sale in early January, swimsuits instead. Sell for the season. Asked an employee for help, she didn't speak English.

I don't go to Kohl's to shop, I go to return Amazon items. So much of the store items are over priced and unstylish. They give you a discount coupon when you return your items but it's not applicable to most of the store purchases.

We are not lovers of shopping, but make an exception for Kohl's, especially when the 30% off sale comes around! Disappointed that online stock and in store pickup options I want are always out of stock!!!!!

I want to share my shopping experience today. I purchased some kidd vans and when I went to the register the cashier said these felt off because she has platform vans granted mine are kids and she shops women's she said. So she proceeds to call for back up to make sure the shoe is in the right box, profiled maybe? So not only one other person comes but two and they are discussing this shoe and running numbers and checking the shoes. If o ever felt profiled today was the day. Mind you inam Hispanic and am covered in tattoos . Not the best experience with amber the cashier however I do come in often and about the cashier is fantastic.
