We love our new back door. The installers were professional & courteous. About a week after the install, the painter came finished it up. It looks beautiful & no more throwing my hip out of place because the old door wouldn't open right. Thank you Krasiva for a great job!

The salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable, as well as honest. We finally got our door installed and has great extra security on top. The door slides open easily and they came on time when they said they'd be in. It was overall a good experience and would recommend.

On January 24, 2024 we had a new door installed on our home. We had been looking for several years to do this but had not found the right combination of product, quality, and service. When we were contacted by the Krasiva representative we decided to hear them out.The initial contact demonstrated a professional approach helping our decision on the product. After investigation we were impressed with not only the appearance but the quality of the craftsmanship. Six weeks later the installation actually was even more impressive. The install team too great care for to protect our belongings and quickly, efficiently, and properly install the door.Krasiva offers a lifetime warranty on this product, however after investigating the quality and craftsmanship we believe they wont have much recurrenceWe are satisfied with the entire purchase process.Bill & Sue Mott

Wow is all we can say. From the information that Perry provided in our initial meet to Derrick following up and stream lining the schedule long. What a great product and experience. Thank you Krasiva for ensuring that this was as easy and seamless as possible. We love our windows and doors!!!!!

Krasiva recently replaced two windows for us, one of which has some water damage to the frame. Despite the additional complications of the damaged frame, the installers did a great job fixing it, and the windows look great also. We will have more windows replaced by Krasiva in the future!

We would like to say ‘thank you’ to the entire staff at Krasiva Windows & Doors. Diana and I had been discussing upgrading the windows in our home for a few years. We had a recommendation from a friend who had used Krasiva and highly recommended them. We made an appointment with Mike Goldman who came to our home, looked at all of the windows, and asked us what we were looking for. He mentioned he had a demonstration he could show us if we were interested that compared several of the windows on the market which he thought might help us. We were impressed with Mike - he is very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated that he did not use a high pressure sales pitch at all. He answered all of our questions and we pretty quickly decided the direction we wanted to go. The windows have to be measured to order and Joe was by to do this within 2 days. They also helped us get approval from the HOA which was hassle free. When the windows came in - they called and scheduled a date and time for delivery and installation. The crew (Tyrone, Spencer, & Dustin) arrived on time and started to work, The crew was very professional and skilled - and they completed everything in 2 days! I was impressed how they treated us and our home. Mary Rexall (the office manager) sent us the lifetime and transferable warranty the next day. Mike Goldman dropped by to look over the new windows and asked us if we had any questions. We even received a call from Derrick Smith who is the manager asking us if we were happy and had any issues or concerns.If you are considering upgrading the windows in your home – we would highly recommend you consider using Krasiva.

Custom sliding glass door done by Krasiva. Excellent work. It really upened up the home and gives an abundance of natural light without heat gain. I highly recommend the company.

The window quality is very good. When you drive by they look really nice. It does take like 16 weeks for them to get the windows made and installed. That was a long time however we are very happy with them. They were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. Thank you Krasiva Windows

I recently had Krasiva replace the side door on my garage because mine was leaking. I had previously left a review about an aspect of the door that I wasn't happy with but after an explanation by Krasiva that was satisfactory, I am updating my review to say we are happy with the door. We especially like the quality frame which won't develop the same problems we had with the builder grade door. I would recommend Krasiva to others seeking a quality door.

Krasiva was 100% amazing. The entire team was professional. They kept us informed while we waited for our windows & doors. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and we got daily updates on what got done and what still needed done. Derrick & Richard checked in via email and phone and kept making sure everything was going according to plan. Once everything was up, Richard even came over to make sure everything was great. I was so impressed with the quality and even more impressed with how well they treated us. Would 100% recommend to anyone. They are great
