Never an issue with KS State Bank.
Their online banking took a bit to get for me to get used to, but all the features are there and we're now using them for all of our check deposits. Pricing is great, flexibility is great, and unlike those big banks with big call centers, I just e-mail them one of two people on the account, and they do all sorts of things. It's so much better than a large bank.
Big Bank #2 quoted us right at $500 a month for ACH services across 4 accounts and there were all sorts of restrictions (can't be in online bank, at the "commercial bank", you need someone to introduce you and assume the risk). KS State Bank so much as added ACH services as a favor ($20 a month across all accounts with a nominal per item fee) and no hassles because they know us.
It's an interesting feeling. They are working with me which is different than some of the large banks who seem to try to work me into their system.

In office people are great, but their online system is trash. With my work schedule I need their online system to work, so I’ll be closing this account once I can get a week day off to actually go in.

Rough bank for business accounts- no technology: online banking is straight from Y2K- there is no way to reset your password without calling in. The associates never follow-up on requests and make everything seem like the customer's fault. They will service charge you for nearly everything and simply do not offer the value they should as a smaller bank. I moved my accounts and haven't looked back!
