La Gran Bota is a nice store that is a little packed. The aisles are thin, so a wheelchair may need an associate to help. Overall, employees are nice and willing to help. The staff is sweet and patient, helped customers pick a cute outfit within their budget. The shop offers well made boots, work boots, boot repair, and other boot needs; no need to go anywhere else. They have a great selection of boots and clothing, including men's boots over size 12D, and a helpful staff worked hard to find a fit for huge feet. Customers recommend La Gran Bota and will be back.

The store looked very nice a little packed and isles are a little thin if you are wheel chair bound you would most likely would need to have an associate need to help you get the things you need but over all the overall store is good and employees are nice and willing to help
