The 2 lady's at the desk are very unhelpful and rude. Roll there eyes at the patients coming in. They also don't help the elderly that do not understand how to use the kiosk.

Too long wait. The phlebotomy poked me 5 times unsuccessful. Finally got it but drew wrong amount had repoke me again same place place.left a huge bruise

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRUG TESTING! They got their licenses revoked!!! (2nd place told me) Waisted time and gas coming to this locating just for the ignorant lady to tell me they don’t do it anymore ( tried to even call and it’s a voicemail) funny how it still allows u to make an appointment!! Then she had the nerve to give me another paper with other locations and half the paper was crossed out.

No building sign. So confusing!!! Basically you need to enter in the parking garage at the 1300 address off of Willetta, GM took me to Culver which made it more confusing. Drive to the 3rd floor and park towards the south wall. Follow the signs to the entrance, south wall, middle. If you want to park on the Culver entrance, you can walk up to a blue Entrance awning and get there from there. But so much easier to just park in the garage. It would be so nice if they provided this information when you set up the appointment. Finding this place was obnoxious. I give it 1 star for location, but I give it 5 stars for my labtech. She was sweet, efficient and gentle!!

My doctor told me not to go to this location but it was the closest to me so I did anyway. All the other locations were 30 min away. I dropped off multiple fecal samples for examination. 2 weeks later my doctor still hadn't received the results. I called labcorp and they don't show anything in there system for my samples i dropped off. Clearly someone dropped the ball and for whatever reason the test didn't get done. This place seems to be very understaffed. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere. It's horrible people who have health problems and need these results have to go through this trouble. Apparently it happens often here.

I was completely disappointed with the experience at this location. I arrived early since they supposedly open at 7am, more like 7:05am. All the employees were in bad moods, like they didn't want to be here and help anyone. I noticed how rude they were to everyone. I will never return to this horrible location.

If they have to do a drug and alcohol test, please don't go to this place. They are not doing it and they don't inform you and then after driving so much you arrive and they tell you that they are not doing the drug test. How outrageous.🤔😡
