Labcorp caters to retirees. Not working class people with kids. You seriously close at 3? Yes, every site in AZ closes at 3. What a joke! Labcorp should be ashamed for these ridiculous hours of service! They are inconveniencing the working class with these absurd hours. Figure it out and get real as to who your clientele is.

I went to Sonora Quest labs instead. Labcorp seems to be closing most of their locations in the greater Phoenix area west valley. When I went to one of the not so close locations that Labcorp left open, the line was out the door.
Labcorp seems to have more on its mind than customer service.

Update: so even though my dr called on 2 seperate occasions last week and was assured the tests were being done only to find out the tests weren’t done and now I have to go do my tests again.
My dr sent 2 specimens to be tested. Apparently only one had orders the other didn’t and instead of contacting my dr and asking what they needed tested and to send orders they just let it sit til i called my dr over a week later to ask why the tests were taking so long they just let my tests sit. Prolonging any treatment i may need. And this is the corporate office.

Absolutely terrible levels of organization. My insurance was given the wrong information to send an explanation of benefits multiple times so I can get a bill taken care of for rebilling with corrected codes through my insurance. My doctor's office is working with them to get them the correct codes, and yet somehow the billing number customer service team couldn't see that my doctor's office called another division there to give them the correct codes. Stay away from LabCorp; I'll be going back to Sonora Quest.

I am an extremely difficult stick and have been poked up to 9 or 10 times in the past. Typically, they use an ultrasound to find my veins at the hospital. I visited the Labcorp on 91st & Thunderbird in Peoria, and Anthony (phlebotomist) was AMAZING! He was fast, professional, and obtained my blood on the 1st try. Having worked as an RN for 30 years, I can vouch for this skilled man. Please, please do everything you can to keep this man because he is needed. I watched him draw approximately twenty people in a short period of time. I would like to know that when I need blood drawn next time that he will be there to draw it.

THIS HAPPENED AT THE LAB CORP LABORATORY AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS 5750 W Thunderbird Rd E580, Glendale, AZ 85306 on April 5, 2024 My experience at this site was totally terrible, unpleasant, it is worth taking the time to explain, I want to say in this introduction I am diabetic in addition to other chronic diseases, that is why I make my appointment in advance to avoid being caught late in these facilities because when you fast for a long time it is risky, well when I arrived there was security outside and another person who is short, brunette with curly hair they explained to me that the tablets were not working I told her that I had an appointment I arrived much earlier at 10.10 am I was at the place after a while she picked up the orders and put them together and set the appointment time she told me that the check-up tablets were broken, so I told you that there are not enough chairs for the patients to sit on because there were elderly women standing, pregnant women, it was all chaos, and there were many people outside so as not to bore them, I will tell you that around 12 noon I stopped at the In front of me I told them that I felt bad, I had been fasting there for a long time, which is why I didn't feel well, I was dizzy, they put me in room number 5. There I waited another tremendous amount of time. No attention, when I stopped, almost fainting, they called the emergency room, but at no time did they appear to help me. In the analysis, the carelessness was such that the emergency came after explaining to them that it was because of all the time there that I was diabetic, well that same lady came, lacking in indolent respect, I remind you that those of us who attended there are sick, they treat us with the kick and telling one and I was scared, they told me that they were no longer going to do the tests, luckily it was one of the technicians who works there and I had seen everything, she spoke and said that she would draw my blood, so she did, I left there at 1:39 in the afternoon in my life. I had had an experience like that, discrimination, lack of respect, bad organization, no solution to the problems, I don't plan to go anymore, there is, but I plan to sue this place, I can't give more details, I have several witnesses, it's incredible how badly they work in that place, they're arrogant, they're threatening, I don't think so. Let it be the choir's policy but all these people tarnish the good intentions of the company. I hope measures are taken and it serves as an experience for other people.

Labcorp used to have reasonable wait times. The past few months there are always 40 to 50 people waiting in the waiting room with one person working the front desk. Expect to wait well over an hour beyond your appointment time. Clearly very poor management.

Maybe try managing your locations and have the staff open on time. The 12th street location in Phoenix is terrible. I would fire everyone there

decent place to work, glad it's not overrun by homeless, but the few present make up for it in viciousness. Company doesnt allow self defense tools FYI, so think twice before employment-they dont mind US being in danger, sensibilities are more important. Shameful attitude.

Your emploeyes are the reason for most the accident on S 40th St. If you guys can't even drive properly how are you supposed to handled sensitive lab materials.
