I was almost scared off by bad reviews but this place is amazing. Dropped in with no appointment for a pre-employment drug screen. 20 minutes in and out! They do it 9am-2pm. Not many people waiting in the waiting room. Clean and staff were friendly!

I had some simple labs. Big parking lot, plenty of parking. Wasn’t crowded. In and out in about 20 minutes as a walk in. Megan took my blood. She was great. I’d come back for labs.

Great place. I think the staff do a great job for the amount of people who need lab work daily. Saturday hours would be awesome!

This place is no good. Confused staff messed up my results and they never answer the phone or return calls.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism we experienced during our recent visit. My son, who is on the autism spectrum, was extremely apprehensive about having his blood drawn — something that, for us, has always felt like an overwhelming hurdle.
From the moment we arrived, Sherita was kind, calm, and incredibly patient. She took the time to speak directly to my son, explaining each step in a way that was both gentle and reassuring. Her ability to meet him where he was emotionally made all the difference. What could have been a traumatic experience turned into a moment of empowerment — not just for my son, but for me as a parent, too.
Thanks to her care and professionalism, what once felt like a mountain became a manageable task. The perceived danger was softened by her empathy, and we walked away with a successful experience and a big sigh of relief.
I am deeply grateful for the level of compassion and understanding shown to us. This kind of care is rare — and it meant the world to our family.

My wife came there for lab work. Hopefully you can catch anything serious and not be directly responsible for her death like you were my previous wife

Some of the most dysfunctional people at this company. Confirmed before and when I get there they don't have it. Took months to get in now I have to deal with this and come back another 1 month later

The walk-in blood draw was quick and easy. We finished in about 20 minutes. And the staff was very nice.

The front desk was empty when I came in, so I checked in for my appointment on my phone while I waited for an employee to return. When she did, she flopped down in her chair and said, "Do you need something or are you just hanging out?" I replied, "I'm sorry I just checked in on my phone I didn't know if I needed to do anything else..." She then angrily asked if I had my paper work. I said, "I don't unfortunately". At which point she interrupted me demanding "Why?" I was feeling very uncomfortable with the way I was being talked to, I offered to call my doctor and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed "Might as well!". She was around 50 or 60 years old, had short brown hair pulled into a ponytail and short curtain bangs. 0/10 experience. She acted like I was some idiot let loose in LabCorp, inconveniencing her. It wasn't even super busy. It was a degrading experience I will not be going back.
Clearly they do not follow up on complaints about the staff. As I read the other reviews this looks like an ongoing, years long issue. That's wildly unprofessional.

If you've been to the location on E McDowell, you're probably still traumatized and know what I'm referring to. I was leery when I saw that my new employer was requiring a pre-employment drug test be done through LabCorps. This location's reviews aren't great, either, and when I walked in on 7/16 at about 12pm, the lobby only had a few seats left & the sign stated a 1-2 hour wait, but I was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently, kindly, and professionally, patients were handled. Everyone from the front desk gal to the lab tech were informative, patient, communicative, professional and kind. Despite arriving there during a "rush", my experience was top notch. The other location I speak of could use a lesson from this office. Also, drug tests are only done from 9am-2pm, so keep that in mind.

First time going to this location for bloodwork the staff was nice and friendly. Was there no longer than 30 minutes which is pretty good for a Labcorp.

What a horrible company they exist only because there is a duopoly for lab work in the US. Terrible technology there kiosks are horrendous. Wait times of three weeks to get an appointment. The staff is less than helpful. Even with an appointment still you wait

If I could leave a zero star review I would. First off, I had a scheduled appointment to come in for a urine drug test. I expected a little bit of a wait since the waiting room looked busy, but I ended up waiting for about 90 minutes until they called me back. The lab technician was really rude and said that if "she had known I had an appointment" then she would have called me back sooner. Anyway, I go back and then they "suddenly realize" the confirmation number and my personal information is not correct and they can not "find me in the system." It took them 90 minutes to tell me that? Very disrespectful to me and my time. You would think there would be communication between the employees, but I guess not. Never coming back to this location again and would not recommend it to anyone!
