Lams Market is a small, organized, and clean Asian grocery store that offers a good selection of Asian foods, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Filipino items. The store is known for its fresh vegetables, and customers often find the core staples they need for Asian cooking. The prices are generally good, with some produce cheaper than larger chain grocers, though imported items tend to be pricier. Shoppers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, even if service can sometimes be less efficient and English understanding may be limited. Many regular customers enjoy browsing for unique yummies and discovering a variety of cooking utensils, whole fish, and other Asian products. The store is conveniently located but has a closing time of 8:00 PM, and customers note that arriving close to closing may mean being turned away. Occasionally, expired labels are found on products like rice cakes, so shoppers are advised to check expiration dates carefully. Overall, Lams Market is a reliable place for Asian ingredients, offering a wide range of items for those looking to cook Asian cuisine at home.
One of my go-to's as someone on a plant based diet, there are a ton of items you can't find at other grocery stores.

Prices at the camelback and 35th are lower than the one at van Buren and avondale. Well worth the extra drive

This place is a great Asian market to have close by and saves me a trip to mesa. My son and I often come here for chili crisp(shoutout Lao gan ma), canned coffee from Japan(shout boss rainbow), or honestly just to see what new things they have. Staff is also very friendly.
