The reviews here are mixed for good reason. It is a very large building, under a lot of renovation, so yes there will be some noise, and there are some common problems, but not any that I have not been able to do something about. The hallway on my floor #4 does not seem small, it seems normal size. There is a trash chute literally right outside of my unit, which is crazy convenient seeing as I dump trash often. The building does have monthly pest control to make an attempt to control any creepy crawlers, which really do come out more in the summer than any other time of year. Once the construction is completed, I expect that will take care of that and any persons dragging this building because of that, will be able to check that off of the list. This building has a 24-hour gatekeeper at the front desk, who takes our packages, food orders, etc, and is always there to serve, which I love. I also love that there is a staff who is always running the vacuum and leaving behind scents of pine sol cleansers, etc., from the lobby, to the elevators, to the basement floor laundry area. The pool is kept warm year-round, and there is underground parking to keep the paint on my baby shiny and not getting worn from the heat. I can say that I am a new owner, who enjoys the fact that there is a bar right at my building, a sushi place and boba tea place, within a few feet, if I want a night cap, a snack or to entertain. The Greedy Hamster bar right downstairs also has a wine club, that holds a meeting in the Landmark Towers rec room, which is also fabulous. The only one drawback that I can say has not been fixed since my moving in a few months ago as an owner, is the media room where you can watch movies, but once these things are fixed, this property will be a pristine property to own, which is why I am going to keep mine. Should I also mention that for the price of these units allow you the potential to actually pay the loan off in full, and then ONLY have the $900-$1,000 to pay for HOA's once that is done. Where else could you find the potential to fully pay off a home loan within just a few years?

Of course the building has problems (what buildings don’t) it was built before most of us were born, but our board is making leaps and bounds to improve the building! I have OWNED in the building for almost 5 years and I have seen things progressively get better and they will continue to over time as it was once said Rome was not built in a day! Trolls go ahead and behind your fake profiles and leave all the bad reviews all you want! This building is more than just a building, the landmark is a community. Maybe if you got off your phone and talked to people you could see that and $1000 a month HOA ? If you’re broke just say that…

Construction is so loud they start as early as 6am. Elevators always broken along with washers and dryers. Parking garage is a nightmare, they only allow 1 car per unit in the garage no exceptions. There is definitely cockroach problem! Every floor has dirty carpets. Don’t move here!!!!!!
