Pretty good location and a much better experience than my one at the outlet mall. The ladies here were respectful. The selection isn't as good as the outlet but I would still choose here because of the service. Thank you!

I loathe bra shopping. I avoid it for as long as possible. Today was the day I had to finally bite the bullet after wearing the same single bra for months on end. Simera made the experience so much easier and she was SO patient with my endless back and forth and “it just doesn’t feel right”. I highly recommend this LB and specifically Simera to people who also hate bra shopping and need help getting something that fits!

Great experience. Julian helped us with our shopping and she is awesome. Answered every question and helped pick out what we needed. What an asset Julian is to Lane Bryant at Desert Ridge. I will be back for sure.

Just finished canceling an order due to the worst shopping/customer experience I have had shopping with Lane Bryant. Stores are lacking in sizes, which forces you to use the awful mobile application or online ordering. All I wanted to do was use my LB credit card. Got no assitance from reps who forgive me don't understand or speak fluent English. Making it impossible to update a simple address which was already updated online and instore but still unable to use my card. After giving rep new address 4 times, we hang up I try to make a purchase. Now says declines with a code D43 meaning due to card theft/fraud!!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had buying from LB, I can honestly say this has put me off from spending money with this company again. I wanted to simply take my mother shopping for her bday using my LB credit card and ended up not buying whatI wanted, total disaster/nightmare! never again!

Went in Lane Bryant with my mother to shop for her best friend. Upon entering no one spoke to us, after walking around for a few minutes we still hadn’t been asked if we needed help or spoken too. An older lady was helping someone at the register and someone was walking around speaking and helping all the other customers. At this time my mother did see some items and had questions but no one was around. We left due to no help and everyone in the store was rude. Hopefully, no one else has had this problem. I could say more but I rather keep those feelings to myself.

Love L and Bryant! Being plus size Lane Bryant style weather it's casual, for work or a night out. Bra's with lace and plunge front or back and they will get your "true" measurements not something you purchased because that's all you that was available. Panties wow! Everything full brief, hipster, thong, boy cut. The colors, patterns, with lace or high cut legs. My experience has always been that the employees are very helpful and will work with you so you are having a good experience.The one thing I would have changed? I was shopping at Colonnade mall and the Lane Bryant has permanently closed down?. Not having a car makes this a real problem, seeing how I don't like shopping at the outlet stores you have, not everything in stock or is no longer available.

I'm not one for buying clothes but the gals there helped me out ! They were even extra helpful when I realized I had forgotten to buy the very item I went to get originally and had to go back and get it ! Thank you !

Attempted to shop today and I was rudely told that I needed to leave the store because I was not in a mask. I did t have one so I had to leave. If you are going to require face co wrongs you need to supply them. Also coach the staff on how to nicely inform a shopper on your requirement.
