I cannot thank Lanza AV enough. I called with an internet connection problem.The technician was able to determine the problem within 10 minutes and was able to show me why the problem I thought I had was not the issue.The office staff I have dealt with as well have been honest and of high character. 5 stars for Lanza AV!!

Real poor quality. Spent thousands of dollars with them and just a few months later had to have it all replaced for thousands more. Nothing lasted they did.

Initially Cox Cable had provides us the wrong equipment for our setup. After exchanging it for the right equipment, I was unable to figure out how to set it up to wok properly. Steve , the technician, arrived on time as scheduled and was able to quickly solve my problem. He was very professional, competent, courteous and charged me what I considered to be a very fair price for a service call. Overall it was a very pleasant experience which is rare when it comes to dealing with technical telecommunication issues.

I am in the middle of a backyard remodel. I reached out to Lanza to see about getting some speakers installed as I had used them to install the surround sound when I moved into the house. They were very responsive and able to get out to review the project and get a quote in a very timely manner. After reviewing the quote, I decided to go with the speakers and do the rest of the quoted/recommended work in the spring. The guys at Lanza always look to make sure you are getting the best out of the products you are looking to have installed. They were very accommodating and ordered the speakers the next day. To my surprise, they actually arrived overnight and I am able to get them installed earlier than I thought. This was a great surprise. I look forward to working with them to get the rest of the upgrade done in the near future.

These guys are terrible. Total time to do the job is quadrupled and they left with the system not working a few days before Christmas and refuse to have it running until after the holiday. Literally can't watch tv or play music. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. Our project isn't even finished yet and working with them has been brutal. They constantly blame the "system". Have lied about what they will be setting up, have ordered the wrong things or forgotten to order things they needed. They never apologize, just blame others. And when they do install, it seems like they put stuff in and then just try to troubleshoot. They are unfamiliar with products that they recommend. Basic things, like how to use features in an app. I have fixed a couple things on my own, but this project isn't even close to being finished and it feels like they don't care. At all.
