Having not needed prescription glasses my whole life, the process was new and daunting to me. I chose LensCrafters for convenience, but found Milla to be very knowledgeable, helpful and patient through the process. She walked me through the whole process of selecting then fitting me for the perfect progressive, transition Ray Bans. I would not hesitate to shop with Milla again and recommend LensCrafters to anyone who needs new glasses.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service at this LensCrafters location.
Milla was the best. I had a warranty issue and she spent quite a bit of time and effort to get me an amazing replacement pair of glasses using my credit from Luxxotica. I know that without her knowledge and help, I would have be stuck with some kind of extra charge for the replacement pair or a pair that weren't equal to my broken pair. I received a pair I love for no extra charge!
I also purchased a pair of Ray Ban Aviators and was helped by Esteban. He was very nice and helped me pick the right lens, tint, etc.
This is now my forever LensCrafters location.

I appreciated everyone’s kindness in this store (Tatum & Cactus). Dr. Yamile Romaguera was wonderful. I worked with Jenny McCarthy to choose my glasses and she was lovely. She was very knowledgeable about the glasses and my insurance as well! I would recommend this store to anyone looking to get an eye exam and glasses. Everyone was helpful!

Great experience! I stopped by the store to see if they could repair a pair of my favorite glasses that I purchased at LensCrafters years ago. I recently broke the frame while on vacation. The staff were kind and attentive. The talented technician was able to fix a very bent metal part (without snapping it... no easy feat). I tried on frames while I waited and found a great selection. I will definitely be back!!

Milla Roberts was awsome.
I told Milla in the past I had issues using transition lenses but I wanted to try them out again and Milla pointed me in the right direction on which ones I should get which was more help than I have ever gotten in my 20+ years of wearing glasses.

Have been going to this location since it opened a few years ago. Updated and fresh with a large selection of frames and eyewear.
Dr. Black is always very thorough and knowledgeable. He does not rush you through the exam and explains things well.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
