I don't know how much more I can say that is positive about this company then what is already written in all the reviews. Drew and Alex are true professionals. They helped move my son across town yesterday. They were on time, fast, efficient, friendly and simply just awesome guys. My son broke his leg on a motorcycle accident a couple weeks before the move and was stressed out over this move. Two minutes after meeting Drew and Alex, you knew you were working with pros. Fantastic experience.

I used the services of Leo’s Moving recently to move. 3 bedroom house from Arizona to Georgia and I requested to be moved on Saturday (it was Wednesday) and Michael was able to put all the logistics together within 60-70 minutes and he was able to make it happen. The moving crew arrived on Saturday morning and they treat all my furniture and my belongings with care and respect and they were done in just a few hours to load the 18 wheeler. The truck arrived on Tuesday afternoon (only 3 days after). Alyson was my contact person who keep me informed at all times and she was extremely supportive and helpful. If a friend or family member asked me for a trustful moving company in the valley, Leo’s is the company that I will recommend. Thank you for everything.

But then things kind of fell apart: got an email the week of Thanksgiving that our belongings were on their way to ND and would be delivering either before Thanksgiving or that weekend...I then messaged on 12/7/23 stating we still hadn't heard anything. Ace responded that the delivery is Sunday through Tuesday. I tried to track the move through King's link but nothing would load. Tried multiple times. I then messaged again on 12/12/23 letting King's know that my tracking didn't work nor had we heard from a driver or anyone in regards to the move; Ace responded that our driver was almost to ND! He replied again saying a radiator hose broke due to the high altitude. My husband used to have 9 trucks over the road trucking so we were getting a little nervous. I also messaged David to ask for assistance and he said they don't work Thanksgiving. That's fine except it's now mid December. Finally the driver Claude called me himself letting me know the truck was still in ARIZONA and that he'd be leaving that day or the next. Ace called me as well and still had the incorrect information saying the truck is close to you....which it absolutely was not!!! Claude did a fantastic job of keeping us updated but there's a lack of service for the in between of King's. I was so impressed at first so it was highly disappointing having people just reply to a concerned customer's inquiry without even bothering to look into things. Our items were delivered in great condition with thanks to Claude for taking the time to reach out to his customer.

Had a great move with Leos Moving. Scheduling was easy and the customer service great. The guys showed up on time and they worked steadily until everything was out of my apartment and into the new house. They had to deal with two long hallways in the apt and then two flights of stairs in the new house, but they were friendly the entire time. Highly recommended!

Leo's Moving moved me from Paradise Valley to North Carolina. Moving out of state can be overwhelming. They are not a broker, and I had the same guys at loading and also delivery which was nice. They wrapped my furniture, provided me with storage for 2 months until we closed on the new house, then delivered me to NC. The communication was great from start to finish. Michael came out and provided an on-site for us so we knew how everything was going to work. If I came back to Paradise Valley, I will be calling again!

Leo's Moving made my recent move across the country much easier! I hated the thought of packing up my life and dealing with everything that goes along with a long-distance move, but Leo's made it all so much easier. The movers were professional and careful with my things, and they even helped me unpack at my new place. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone making a long-distance move. From the first phone call to the final box being unpacked, Leo's Moving made my move from Tucson to Phoenix seamless. Their customer service was wonderful and their team of movers were so careful with all of my things. My customer service rep was friendly and available whenever I called. I was so impressed with Leo's Moving! They showed up on time with a clean truck and great attitudes. They took the time to wrap all of my furniture and make sure everything was secure for the move. They brought tools for disassembly and reassembly at my new condo. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience in Arizona!
