Omg why Leslie is still keeping Nate as employee of their store ? The guy is not helpful at all he is even super rude . He doesn’t aknowledge customer at all and when you ask him to help you he sends you online to research on your own . I have spend two days trying to find piece that he didn’t want to look for me . Came back other day when Dave was there and he spend one hour helping and finding my piece . Today I have cold to check is my part in and Nate even cursed on me super rude he should never ever work in any Customer service industry
And when you look Leslie’s reviews he is the worse and they still keep him employed I don’t get it why . This is my store I come here for last 12 years and since Nate is working here I have to drive far away anytime when I need Leslie just cause Nate works at store that is next to me which is this one
I did called a complained but somehow Leslie is not doing anything about it . Maybe Nate has long nasty tough with Corporate office so they are not kicking him out of here but he should never ever worked in customer service industry especially not for Leslie

Where did this place find nate?! He is complete trash when a customer like myself asks pool questions at a pool store I expect pool answers. Not rude short Nate answers. CHANGE HIM OR CHANGE HIM.

I’m giving this place one star because not only was Nate rude about testing my water and he has tested it 3 days in a row doesn’t even remember who I am which is not a big deal. He doesn’t seem to have any idea what he’s talking about and then when I check reviews he’s rude to customers on a regular basis. Not sure what the other guys name is that has tested my water before, but literally every time that guy has tested my water and told me what to do. I went home and did it and it worked just like he said it was no uncertainty to his directions he was able to give you information and not just read a computer screen and be told what to do. He actually had knowledge in taking care of pools. I will have to find my old Water test to find out what his name is.

It seems nate didn't really like his job. Very rude and I'll leave it at that, just in case he's special needs. Stay far away from this location

Prices are insane, hours are terrible, and staff may or may not have any idea what they are talking about, depending on who you get. Their chemicals are way above average (far less filler and inactive ingredients), however, which makes up for the other issues, if you know what you are looking for.

Dave the manager is rude, inattentive and oblivious to basic social norms and queues. He should be stuck in the repair shop and never get to interact with customers.

Staff is great. Have most anything you need but you will pay dearly unless you watch the sales. Amazon is a good option if you can wait for delivery
