Frauds. Ordered stairs from Amazon from this company. They delivered a tube of silicone instead. When I asked for my stairs they said there was an issue with the advertised product and price and that if I paid the higher price they would send them. The Amazon customer service asked them to send the steps but they still refused. They are frauds. I would stay as far away from this company for any business.

BioLab Plant reopened in July 2021. Leslie's continues to keep EXTREMELY HIGH prices on chlorine even though the supply chain issue has been fixed in Oct. 2021 and confirmed publicly by the supplier! A 35lb bucket of 3" tablets = $170+!!! (Was: $80 originally). Leslie's lower the prices back to where they were or lose customers!! We're going public soon!!

Leslies - we know pools. That's their slogan. I decided to call them to ask if they knew any fixes to reprogram a control panel that they sell, their only response was "check the internet". So, that's where I now buy supplies - the internet. When retailers wonder why it's so hard for them to stay in business, it's because they forget to offer the one thing the internet should be less effective with - personal service. Second time with Leslies on Indian School with a less then good service so need to move on despite the fact they are the closest and have good inventory.

WORST customer experience ever! One of your technicians came out to service our pool. We needed another part. So, instead of ordering it and scheduling another appointment on the spot, he told US to do it. We talked to several customer service reps who we could barely understand. They referred us to a "pro" store. It took 5+ phone calls because they gave us several locations that no longer exist. When we finally got through to someone at a "pro" store, it took several phone calls to find out if they had the part, and if not, when they could get it. This is a lesson in how NOT to treat customers!

TARA is an amazing person with a beautiful soul. Long story short, there was a major problem with something I ordered from them through Amazon. Come to find out that it wasn't their company I ordered from. It was someone using their name. Even though we figured this out Tara still went above and beyond to try and right a wrong that wasn't theirs! Tara because of you, I will only buy from Leslies in the future for all my pool needs as well as tell anyone I know to do the same. Have a blessed Christmas!

Diversity does not mean "not white" diversity means "all are included" this company will only offer scholarships for "diverse" employees as if the rest of the employees aren't struggling due to the low wage. Why only "diverse" employees, why not all employees who make under a certain amount a year?

What a great experience at Leslie's. Scott, Nelson ,Cameron and Ed are extremely knowledgeable very friendly and very helpful.The store always looks amazing .

Same as the other folks but now they're blaming it on supply chain issues. After I fell for a new pump they tried to (successfully) sold me, it broke under warranty, I've been chasing down so much as a status on parts for a month. Every department from the service dept to the store itself promise calls back every day, and never do. When I call to follow up, it's a list of excuses. This is totally unacceptable and I'm starting to realize they're sending me up the creek. Gonna try my BEST to not let it happen. Don't let it happen to you. Support the smaller businesses!

Ordered online. Received order it was incomplete. Very challenging to get it corrected. Now have to wait again. My confirmation show the correct order. Delivery and amount shipped was different! Frustrating. We’ll see if they can get it right!

Our pool service really dropped the ball and our beautiful pool turned into a swamp within 2 weeks. We took a water sample to Leslie's on Indian School and 20th St. The staff was awesome, recommended our chemicals and our pool showed significant clearing over night. They were fantastic.

Nice clean place, well stocked and was pretty busy.The only bummer was I went in there for a part for my pool.. they have very few parts and I was told to go to the pro Leslie's but unfortunately it wasn't open.I ended up or an off of Amazon and added the next day and saved money too.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. I purchased a part based upon my model and brand. Received an item that was 4 times the size of what I needed. Contacted Chat 4 times, each time they said wait 24-48 hours for a return label. I asked them to call someone to find out why my label isn't showing up, the person kept telling me to call. I already called, no one calls back. I spent over an hour with a Chat person who couldn't figure out how to email me my label. I even left a message for the CEO. I prior had ordered all my supplies through Leslie's and now they have lost my business. Inept.

Stopped in to get some help disassembling and reassembling a new motor to the impeller and get some seals. Brought all the parts old and new and they had it together by the time we were rung up. Seemed like 5-10 minutes. Thank you Scott and Mike
