Normally a fine location, but stopped by today for usual chemicals and found that they are temporarily closed. No reason given, just to try a different store or online. A bit frustrating to say the least, at least update the hours online if you plan to be closed temporarily.

Poor customer service. The general manager was rude and condescending. Was planning to spend several hundred on getting the pool ready for summer, but I would recommend finding someplace else for your pool supplies.

First time ever in a Leslie's pools, and the last time! Dude working in there has serious issues. Completely rude, incompetent, and lastly smelled like rotten trash! They need to fire this guy, or get him back on his meds!
