Worst tax experience ever. Overpriced and condescending and they weren't even doing them right. Ended up getting my taxes done elsewhere thank goodness.

Liberty Tax is the best place to go to have your taxes done! The people are awesome and do the best they can for you! I just came from there and will continue to bring my taxes to them. They hey a give star rating from me. Darla and Marla are the best!! Thank you Liberty!!

I was only there for 20 mind and I was charged 200.00 for 20 mins and that took my portion of my rent that I have to pay that put me in the hole with my landlord nice person to work with but I feel that I was ripped off because I told them it was all I have and it was still taken from me and it says on Google it's only supposed to cost 39.95 not 200.00 that also took my food budget from me for the month I'm calling main offices to let them know that I am completely overwhelmed and was over charged for 15 or 20 mins of being there and I want my 200 back because that's 2 much 2 charge someone who is on very very low income and they are having a hardvtime trying to get and to stay afloat above water which I not am because of the fact that I was charged 200.00 for 25 or 20 mins of time and I don't even think that's coolThe person I spoke with to do it first me was nice to me but I stand by my defense saying that I was ripped off by these people and I want a refund of that 200.. because thar is ti much for me

Horrible. If I could rate a 0 I would. My taxes were accepted in January 16th and I still havent received them because the lady made several errors.
