So online it said that I had $10.70 To use on my purchase in store. Then when I go to the store, they’re saying that the system only shows seven dollars. I clearly showed them on my end that it is $10.70 I literally came down here for this reason, and they didn’t honor it or did anything to try and help the situation.

I paid $19.13 for the Nicaraguan flag to be stitched onto my hat, once I picked up the hat it looked like I had a quarter of the size from the real flag on my hat. The store employees never told me how big the flag would be on my hat, now I don’t even wear the hat from how ridiculous it looks. What a waste of money. Employees need to tell people how big their stitching is going to be before doing the work.

Was charged wrong for a design, they fixed it… employees argued in front of us… told us 25 mins for the hat and waited and hour plus because they said the colors got mixed… staff needs better training

Izabelle was amazing she called the kids locker room for me to ask about a jersey, it was a Jordan all- star jersey large, I called every lids trying to find one. She found and called for me at her local locker room. I asked her to make sure they double checked because I had a 45min drive well guess what the lids locker room told her the wrong size, it was a small not even close to large.

Typically a busy store at the mall today was no different. Today I went in to find one size 7 hat, and paid to get it embroidered. The lady was very sweet and called to let me know the embroidery machine messed up on the one size 7 they had. I asked the other lady that was at the register if they would possibly have more hats tomorrow. She made a smart remark of, "I don't know.. it's like Christmas here everyday...there's a box of hats to be put up but I don't know what's in it". Instead of providing great customer service and checking the box for what I already had paid for; she tells the guy that's working there she has to go to the bank, " you wanna roll with me". Girl leave that worker there to stock the hats for paying customers like me!!! FAIL!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
