Great communication and very helpful staff. I arranged for a collector car to be delivered and stored there, and they helped book everything remotely and securely. Straightforward people to deal with.

Easy to get unit and everything seemed to be good until I was told by any employee that I’m only allowed to be at my unit for 1 hour and since I was there longer that I had to leave I’m renting a unit by the month and can only spend one hour at my unit that’s crazy I was organizing my unit so I could bring more stuff there so I should be allowed to be there from 6am to 10pm those are the hours the place is open not 1 hour so if you don’t want to be hassled by a employee go after they are out of the office and you should not have any problems

Good service - I came in on Sat-Dec-06-2025and Gabby took care of my situation she was very courteous and kind. We talked about storage, pawn shops and Thomas Edison.

Gabbi is awesome worked easily with us. Large clean facility. I do wish the doors would open themselves go to load unload your stuff currently they have old metal doors that are from the previous used for which the building was built. Also a door stop would be nice at the doors. Otherwise great experience thank you

😡They lie to their customers
They waisted my time
If I knew I was going to have a hard time…I would of rather gone to Goodyear where they security on site…😡 the app won’t let me post with out giving a a… they don’t deserve a star at all.

Extremely hot...Not even fans going. Customer service smh no no no. When I arrived to put my belongings in my unit it was locked. They watched me struggle with my loads and my autistic daughter and nobody offered to do anything but charge me extra. I am moving out early and never looking back I couldn't believe how cold hearted they were but the building felt like hell 💔 then I go back and the woman was getting smart tried to talk to me like I was stupid and luckily I didn't have the strength to move my belongings out that day. She had the nerve to accuse me of taking a 3rd lock from somewhere smh... just like they watched me struggle they can see on them 50million cameras I didn't touch anything else so that was very offensive. Smh I will be leaving my things for the time being, but sooooon as I can I'm out of there I can not believe these people. It's horrible they don't speak on the heat but got so much smart mouth stuff to say. No water no nothing nowhere in that place it's not the one to go with, maybe once their air is fixed but nor even then the customer service is a negative 5 start. The one guy wasn't so bad but he was new to location he said so give him a break but no ma'am. The lady from yesterday smh communication skills are TRASH attitude TRASH customer care service and support TRASH then I feel like she was trying to be funny when I've said 1000 times my baby is autistic she says hey what's your name ***** did you really think you were going to get a response. Smh I just can't but it was to hot I needed to get out of their. They lied about not having available units on the ground floor Smh everything that could go wrong absolutely did. Update Sept. 2025... I feel much more comfortable with the facility besides the recent flood and my items being ruined I love Gabby she is very sweet and understanding and very attentive. I would be much more devestated if she wasn't there, she made everything so much better.
