I was fortunate enough to have been taken care of by Sherry C, the Assistant Store Manager when I went into the Metro Center Life Storage to secure a storage unit. She went over options with us to find the best deal, and was very helpful. She answered all of our questions, and was very forthcoming about what to expect in the future. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you so much, Sherry C!

Been at my location for about a year and a half. At the beginning of this month I decided to move into a larger unit, but thanks to time restrictions I didn't finalize the move out of the smaller unit until I was overdue. But the great employees here managed to get me moved out without late fees or the entire month and paid less than $30 to do it. I felt very satisfied and that they had really stepped up to finalize my move without an issue. Thank you team at Metro parkway, Phoenix AZ location!

This place is amazing super quiet always cleaned never had any issuse with my unit or the staff. The staff here are amazing as well if you need anything they are always willing to help. Love it wouldn't mind coming back when I need an another unit or somewhere to store my belongings.

the customer service reps have been nothing shy of welcoming, helpful, friendly and down to earth.. the facility is newer, could use better lighting but besides that, and the bathroom is always locked even during office hours ?I'm happy to continue to storing my stuff there and feel safe as well

Very pleased with my experience! I paid in full for 6 months and was SO stressed when I was moving. It was a panic move from a 10x5 at Uhaul, to having to store dang near everything I own in a 10x22 at this location. The staff was super kind and informative at setting me up over the phone and walked me through what emails to expect, how to fill them out, and so on. They prepared me well for the move, which I was super stressed about since I moved in on a day and time the office was closed. When I got there late Saturday night, my code didn't work. A very nice gentleman who also had his storage there helped me out with my email / code and so on. I was able to get in - then however my lock didn't work.... Long story short.. called them back and they made everything right, treated me very kindly, and even walked me up to my unit to help make sure it was all secured and to assist with my new lock. They took ownership of every issue and spoke to me very kindly when I was FAR less then pleasant at first due to stress of the situation. Thank you for hearing me out, team. I really appreciate you. I'm glad my stuff is now secure and I'm all squared away. EXTREME Life changes and having to temporarily part with all your things can be super stressful, thank you for remaining calm and treating me so kindly through it all!

Sherry was just awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. The facility is clean well lit. It was very easy to rent my unit online. Would definitely recommend.

I must say that this is the first time I have truly wanted to share my experiences about a business. And Most importantly the employees that work there.From day one Sherry has been such a sweetheart. She is very professional and her smile is contagious.I have been going through a rough time in my life and Sherry is always there to listen to my problems like I'm the only person in the world and she has no other customers nor anything else to do which is not the case. Each and every time that I go to my storage I always see her working away, whether it be sweeping outside or talking with another customer about whatever questions they may have.She has even gone so far as to charge my phone for me whenever it's been low, I am definitely one of her and Matt's more high maintenance customers LOL.I loose my code on a regular basis and seem to always pick the time when I go to the storage to have to go to the restroom.They are always so professional and kind to me. Sherry even showed me a easier way to remember my code took my phone and took a picture of the code for me.Matt as well shows such ownership in the company,One day he came back to my unit and told me if there was ever a time that I had things that were too heavy for me to carry to please come to him or Sherry and they would be happy to help me. And I could tell that he truly meant it.I love to watch the two of them interact with one another. They really seem to work well together and it shows that they enjoy their job.I love hearing about Matt's animals he's more than happy to share pictures like they're his kids I think they are his kids actually. Please don't know his wife and son I believe he has a son.I've even told my family that the employees at Life storage and I are on a first name basis.Sherry and Matt are truly an asset to Life storage. Where do I begin...Homeless people inside the building at night..and hanging outside the doors waiting for an opportunity to get inside...I'm always afraid my unit will be broken into and I will hold this facility totally responsible.Garbage...Dirty conditions..Staff with attitudes..It makes me angry when I come here. I have told staff about the door that does not latch all the way closed for several months and they just shrug it off. Is this what a secure facility is supposed to look like?You need security at this location!I rent a unit from Life Storage in Scottsdale (great location) and this facility is unacceptable.

I'm a big holiday person and our decorations weren't able to fit in our shed anymore. I did a lot of research and Life Storage had the best prices so I figured I'd try it out. Sherry was awesome and showed us around the whole building when we came to pick up the keys. Happy with my decision, thanks guys!

I feel that your one of the best storage unit in the this state and I can actually say I'm any state... This state of Arizona has plenty of places to store your things but when you can store your vehicle like my RV Along with my personal belongings I think & feel that your a very personal being that really cares about who you help out. This place was good as life storage...but since they were bought, this place sucks!!!! No one available for emergencies on Sundays so if you're locked out of your unit, sucks to be you. I'm pretty sure there are some homeless people living in the units and no one cares or does a damn thing about it. Will definitely be moving my storage to a place with safety and customer service in mind. THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE!!!! 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.

Renting a storage unit and was unable to access it with my access code during business hours. Called the help line and they attempted to assist but no luck. Not really appropriate being current on payment and not being able to access my unit.
