Cristal the manager and Marco the assistant manager were the two who took care of me and they did such an amazing job making me feel like I’m at home . It’s my first time renting a storage unit and they simplified it for me and gave me a unit perfect to fit my needs. Will be telling my family about them ! Amazing team here !!

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility! Marco, the manager, was incredibly helpful, especially with coordinating my move-out date. Crystal and Bless were also fantastic and assisted me in securing a new lock. Their customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

I had an EXCELLENT experience renting a storage unit at this location. The space was clean, well-maintained, and fit for my needs at the time. Process was simple and straightforward too! Crystal and her team were above and beyond! Communication was prompt; client relation skills was topnotch! With no second thoughts, I will definitely choose this company and location for my future storage needs!

Just a quick review on Extra Space Storage, 83rd ave. The facility is well run and always in great shape. They are replacing all the roll up doors with brand new ones. I really didn't think the old doors were in bad shape, by any means, but wow...new doors. I'm sure that cost a lot! The management is very polite and they remember who you are. That is helpful if you need something or have a problem, which I haven't had any problems. They are offering discounted rates for your first 4 months or so, and after that you can expect a big increase...just so you know. This is how all storages seem to work, so nothing new here. All in all, I give them 5 stars for their professional and polite customer service and clean and well maintained facility.
