I called today to ask why I was charged more this month than last month — Mr Wesley was very professional , courteous and patient with my questions - he explained that rent goes up every.so often and that in my case —my storage had gone up — I started paying way less than $200:00 , and in less than 3 yrs . I’m paying over $300:00 dollars —and mentioned that every year they have being going up in storage rent — I could not afford to stay and needed to move out — he came up with a very helpful solution and , I decide to stay —- thank you Mr Wesley- for helping my retired budget afford to stay at this facility —- I recommend that any questions or concerns you have at this facility’ —-you can call on Mr Wesley . Thank you again for your much appreciated help . ??

I had the best experience with the gentleman at the front desk of the 83rd location I was in a rush on my lunch break and he did everything so quick and efficient for me.Thank you you made my moving experience alot easier to handle.

Life Storage is truly a life saver for me, when I needed to make space fast and in a least expensive way and so from the first call to today the staff are all very warm and friendly specially at 83rd Ave and Thomas just beyond amazing staff!!! The grounds the storages are kept pristine, moving carts n elevators too!!!Special shout out to Andre' Thank for calling me back, very pleasant voice to speak with this morning!!

DeAndre was incredibly helpful when my family was going through a stressful time. He assisted me in finding a storage unit that was within my budget and helped me determine which size would best fit my possessions. DeAndre also provided me with valuable advice on the direct lock option. The best features of the storage units is the climate control .

I called 2 locations to get storage information. Becky was very helpful at the first location. The second location (ended up renting with them), Sebastian also very helpful in answering all my questions and getting us set up. Both friendly and knowledgeable.

They where fast and friendly drove me to where the unit was and went as far as to walk me directly to the unit some places just tell you ok this is the unit give you a key and tell you to have a nice day .They gave me reassurance that i indeed picked the right place THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP...
